    Cloncom.com Product not working & NO RESPONSE from Customer Service

    I use to recommend cloncom.com to the 75 members of our Brazil club, but not anymore.

    I have used Cloncom.com for several years now but something has gone wrong this summer 09 I think the company might be out of business or something. My most recent purchase in April, 09, a card that is now not working this summer even though it is a clean card with no expiration and still has a 27 dollar balance on it. The 1-877-606-2675 number that I have called before is not working, the 213.210.2400 number only has a recording saying to send complaints to questions@cloncom.com which I have contacted three times and have had no response. I also have submitted the same complaint using the contact page of the cloncom.com wehsite 3 times and which promises to respond within 24 hours, but I have had no response this month.

    I tried multiple times to set-up an account to purchase wireless pre-paid PINS with Cloncom. After repeated attempts to get the PINS was told they needed copy of Credit card and drivers license. Multiple attempts to e-mail them with a PDF copy never seem to get thru. Finally faxed, was told unreadable then faxed full page copies and still was unsuccessful.

    This is not a good website because they tell you that you can talk to someone on the phone but their is never a live person. Second they tell you to email them your problem and they never reply to your email. Third they "recharged" my pin, as in they took my money but I only used about 10 minutes of the card and then it was over.

    poor customer service from cloncom.com. i am unable to contact their customer service via phone and email. they are like dead!the company's number toll free is designed only to grab at your funds, but not to resolve problems. i will never recommend them to anyone. you may loose too much funds

    I've used several calling cards from Cloncom. Call North America and Sonic Red, I haven't had much problems with.

    Bought a domestic calling card from Cloncom for my mom to use. Rate advertised as 2.5 cents/minute. Bought a $10 card (should be 400 minutes by my math), but the first time she used it the automated voice informed her she had 285 minutes. 800 number they list under "contact us" is only for recharging. You're directed to email for other issues. Two days later, still no response.

    Everything you want in a calling card, which is, complete phone calls whenever you wish to, hear and be heard, not pay more than you're supposed to, etc in my opinion therefore I do not recommend Cloncom.com as I found the phone card to be the bad point in my experience.

    Poor connection in my experience;It seemed cheap for me, but in the end, I was paying one of the highest rates available on the market as far as I am aware;It sounds like, for the caller and for the one being called, I was speaking from a tunnel, in other words, it's hard to hear and be heard.The worst customer service I have far personally experienced too.I personally feel I wasted my money.

    Customer service are relatively quick for e-mail responses. However, in my opinion Cloncom Connect is not worth the money for me personally. The access number and toll free nomber have connected me twice... thats 2 out of about 90 times trying to get a connection. I still got 90% of the amount on the card, but unable to call for that money since the card refuses to connect me. This product is not worth buying again.

    During a conference call, i had the experience of having the call being disconnected over 4 times, to a point of having my meeting transferred to a different date. This completely compromised me.

    I would highly advise against buying a card from Cloncom. The one i bought never connects (to a UK mobile) and still it takes minutes away!

    Cloncom www.cloncom.com - great convenient cheap card, not able to use the number to send more than 1 page on my fax machine long distance overall good card for the money

    The $10 card that Cloncom advertised online promised me 144 minutes of talking time. 75 minutes was the longest time I was able to talk after calling Ukraine twice using the same card. It was very annoying not being able to connect right away almost every time I called. The only way you can redial the same number was to hang up and dial the access, pin and destination numbers all over again. I quit the company after redialing today the same number 4 times and losing $2 of connection fee.

    I first bought a calling card two years ago when I have to move to London, the prices are the lowest in the market and the call center is great, they are always willing to help you

    This phone card company is great. I have been customer with Cloncom ever since my wife started traveling to Europe on a frequent basis. The rates are awesome and customer service proved to be effective when recommending the best cards for me. Plus, they offer some features (like being able to see call logs online) that I have never seen in another company before. Thumbs up for cloncom.com.

    I have been unable to make calls during the first 4 days in December 2006.
    Kept getting message "All circuits are busy". They switched my card and access number without me ever knowing. I can no longer call from overseas to the US.
    The Cloncom phone card had that feature in the past, but it just got eliminated. Most things that were OK with this card are now gone.

    I bought a card to call my friends and family in Pakistan from Cloncom a week ago. From the moment I started using it, there was something wrong, the prompt told me I had fewer minutes than I saw on the website. I bought the card and at that time, it had 1 hour and 30 min on it, but when I called I had about 15 minutes less. Well, still, I payed for the card and I wanted to call. After 3 attempts of connecting to my number, the 4th times was the lucky one.

    I just got a Cloncom card from their shop because I wanted to call Ukraine. The rates are indeed low but I got the feeling there's more to it than what is said on the website. Anyway, I heard some echoes during the call and I had some difficulties hearing the people I called. I wouldn't recommend this card, I've had better ones.

    The Cloncom customer support representatives are great. I'm amazed at how fast they answered all of my questions. I use the Connect Card. I started using it for calling the UK, but now I use it to call everywhere, even within the US. The pinless dialing is AWESOME!!!

    My children use a Cloncom phone card (with pinless dialling!) to phone from the US to New Zealand regularly. It's been great! Love the automatic recharging facility too. Both kids in different states can use the same account. Cloncom provided an excellent backup service via email and phone when we had questions about setting it up.
