I Paid for a £1 card - Processed the payment ...but the screen went to an 'internal error screen' I checked and the £1 was taken from my account.

Bought 3 Talkdirect cards for £13.95, money has been taken from my bank account but no email confirmation and no phone card numbers supplied. Send an email to customer service and left message on website no one replied, the phone number is unreachable. Never will buy again and will call my bank. Terrible company.

Bought a card online and got a message that transaction went through successfully. Never received a confirmation e-mail with a pin number or any other communication. Called them 6 hrs. later to be told sorry, your order did not go through. However I did see a charge on my credit card, which I will dispute asap. Stay away!!!

Eurocallingcards.com sells not working vouchers and has the worst customer service ever. I bought mobile voucher and got email that I should call them to get the actual code, because of some error. I called them and got the voucher which did't work, message on my mobile said that voucher had been used. I called them and they told me that they would check that and call me back. When they didn't call me back for 1 day I called again and they told me that the voucher was fine and I should call my mobile network to solve it. I called the mobile network and they told me that voucher was used and I should call Eurocallingcards and ask for another voucher. I called Eurocallingcards and they told me that from their end the voucher is fine and I should call mobile network. A this point I told them that I already did that and I am tired of this. They hang up on me.

I bought the iphone card this morning andit tells me I have the credit I purchased but try use it.....not a chance. Tells me I don't have enough credit and eurocards were useless when called. Then called iphone cards on an 0845 number who were even worse. 10 minutes later bought Tesco calling card from Tesco online. Activated in afew minutes and fantasic. Oh, well,,,you live and learn...go with who you know

Useless, they charge stupid amounts of money for a £10 card, so much more than the competitors, i know people have overheads but this compny are having a laugh!!! Customer service do not even answer the phone at this company and the phone numbers provided change without telling the customer.
One less customer, i might as well burn the money than give it to Eurocallingrubish!

Its ok when things go right, but when they go wrong which they often do, its a nightmare trying to reach customer service on the phone. I bought a top up for my mobile and the pin was invalid. I have not been successful as of yet reaching customer service and I have since given up,they can keep the £20, its not worth the stress. They can count one less customer as far as I am concerned. Use at your own peril, you have been warned.

STAY AWAY...... this people never give good service sell all dodge cards.....They charge lot.....euro calling cards is stupid site. I will never purchase again from this website..........STAY AWAY

I purchases three three instant pin numbers for talk direct phonecard online. I was denied the opportunity to receive the pin numbers but my account was debitted by £13.99. I have been trying to contact the customer service with fail. Numbers keep ringing no answer to any of the calls. Where is the customer care then. I purchased the card so I cud call urgently. How many people have been inconvenienced by this. I am so disappointed.

I have used this card few times now, everytime theres something wrong with it. Today for example I cant be connected to any numbers I dial! If I cant get connected, what is the point of having one of these cards at all?
Of course their customer services does not pick up the phone. I've been put on hold for about 15 mins, before my call was simply terminated or disconnected without any notice!

This is ridiculous! If you have to call abroad, choose other service provider, as all cards from Lycatel will disapoint you, just like they have disapointed me.

I purchased a bulk supply of EURO CALL PHONE CARDS it is over 1 week now that I am unable to get a connection to Cyprus. I think LYCATEL have gone bust. they sold me LYCATALK for the mobile it takes alot of minutes off my free time......they have ripped us off

I usually get 800 minutes when I buy the 5£ I phone card from euro calling cards , but the last two times it didn't even last for 100 minutes. One of my calls was supposed to last for 200 minutes but after 5 minutes the line was cut saying that I had insufficient funds. I emailed customer service about this problem and they completely ignored my email. I am very disappointed!

i TOOK A CALLING CARD CALLED ACTION PLUS FROM EURO CALLING CARDS AND IT HAD £5 PLUS £6 FREE AND I MADE HARDLY 3 CALLS MAXIMUM OF 20 MINUTES LATER IT SAID I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT .I CALLED UP ACTION CARD SERVICE DESK THEY APPLOIGIZD AND SAID THEY GOING TO GIVE SOME CREDI BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES.LATER THAT LADY FORCED ME TO PURCHASE LYCATEL ACCOUNT AND I DID THOU.AFTER 1 DAY I HAVENT GOT CREDT FOR MY OLD CARD.THEN I PHONED AGAIN AND GENTLEMAN TOOK THE CALL AND SAID I USED AROUND 300 MINUTES AND THEY GAVE CREDIT TO ME YERSTRDAY BUT THEY WENT AS RENT .BASICALLY I PAID £5.49 FOR 20 MINUTES CALL AND ACCODING TO THEM I USED 300 MINUTES AND REST ALL AS RENT .THEY USED ME AND TOOK MY MONEY .
PLESE FRIEND PLEASE DONT TAKE THESE KIND OF CARDS AND DONT USE THESE SERVICE AS EURO CALLING CARDS NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.I NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THIS SERVICE IN MY LIFE TIME.THEY PEOPLE ARE THERE FOR TAKING OUR MONEY.
