I was really annoyed off with a calling card company which gave me offers if I buy a 3s pack of calling cards. I did purchase them and got the discount. But, what is the use of the card when you do not have the pin. It took more than 5 hours for them to give me the pin. As I had to call immediately, I had to purchase the card from another website. “Not working vouchers and the worst customer service ever.”

Eurocallingcards.com sells not working vouchers and has the worst customer service ever. I bought mobile voucher and got email that I should call them to get the actual code, because of some error. I called them and got the voucher which did't work, message on my mobile said that voucher had been used. I called them and they told me that they would check that and call me back. I bought the iphone card this morning andit tells me I have the credit I purchased but try use it.....not a chance. Tells me I don't have enough credit and eurocards were useless when called. Then called iphone cards on an 0845 number who were even worse. 10 minutes later bought Tesco calling card from Tesco online. Activated in afew minutes and fantasic. “Useless, they charge stupid amounts of money for a £10...”

Useless, they charge stupid amounts of money for a £10 card, so much more than the competitors, i know people have overheads but this compny are having a laugh!!! Customer service do not even answer the phone at this company and the phone numbers provided change without telling the customer.
One less customer, i might as well burn the money than give it to Eurocallingrubish! (read more)

“Its ok when things go right, but when they go wrong...”

Its ok when things go right, but when they go wrong which they often do, its a nightmare trying to reach customer service on the phone. I bought a top up for my mobile and the pin was invalid. I have not been successful as of yet reaching customer service and I have since given up,they can keep the £20, its not worth the stress. They can count one less customer as far as I am concerned. I have been visiting the site and they really develop not only the design and navigation but, they add more calling cards into their database. They have a wide variety of choice. I really read all the reviews given by others, but I do not agree to most of the stuff. If you do not get the specified mintues then the provider has to deal with it and not Euro Calling Cards. I purchases three three instant pin numbers for talk direct phonecard online. I was denied the opportunity to receive the pin numbers but my account was debitted by £13.99. I have been trying to contact the customer service with fail. Numbers keep ringing no answer to any of the calls. Where is the customer care then. I purchased the card so I cud call urgently. INTERNATIONAL CALLERS, BEWARE!
I have used this card few times now, everytime theres something wrong with it. Today for example I cant be connected to any numbers I dial! If I cant get connected, what is the point of having one of these cards at all?
Of course their customer services does not pick up the phone. I've been put on hold for about 15 mins, before my call was simply terminated or disconnected without any notice!

I usually get 800 minutes when I buy the 5£ I phone card from euro calling cards , but the last two times it didn't even last for 100 minutes. One of my calls was supposed to last for 200 minutes but after 5 minutes the line was cut saying that I had insufficient funds. I emailed customer service about this problem and they completely ignored my email. I am very disappointed!

Only for the first purchase it takes sometime for the customer service to activate my account. Now i bought one more card and i receive pins instantly. The service is good and convenient. I have only had to call customer service one time when I was unable to find the Euro Calling Cards phone card I wanted to purchase. Generally with using websites I will always have a serious complaint or two but I really can't here. It takes me about 30 seconds to go from first visiting the site to having the code ready to use! Don't be fooled by different names of cards - it's all the same shop. The service from Euro Calling Cards can be OK for some time, but the good ones are likely to be discontinued. Most of the time all you hear is static or horrific noises ruining your hearing.
Customer services are usually unable to resolve anything, and you are almost always guaranteed to be over-charged. (read more)
