    Good Points: NONE!


    General comments: Ordered a psp classic battery from The Games Train www.thegamestrain.com and received it in a few days only to find it was a battery for some other random item which they didn't even know about, sent it back. After 1 week of "examining" my account they decided to finally post the proper battery, now 3 weeks on and i haven't received it yet and their still thinking about what to do. Communication with the company was bad their telephone sales is only available from 10am-4pm Monday to Friday i work on those days 9-5.... they were and are never helpful on the phone and they always use the excuse "our system isn't working properly at the moment sorry." or "our system if off-line please try again tomorrow."at this point i will be happy to just get my money back to be honest.Would not recommend EVER. I would advice under any circumstances DON'T buy from this company.
