Bad Points: The whole company.
General comments: The Axis Telephone Company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
We had a salesman call and talk us into changing to there company, "Make lighter work of your telephone bills" is what's promised.
They say they do everything for you, change from your normal supplier to them.
They don't actually pick up all the calls they say they will, we now get bills from them, BT and Worldcom all for doing the job they are supposed to be doing.
We keep getting an invoice every month for over £100 even though we cancelled our contract with them in July.
We have spoken to their customer service department so many times we've lost count, and we get told that they will look into it and get back to us .... They do not.
The only time you can actually speak to someone is when they ring chasing payment. Then you are told they will sort it out and credit your account but guess what ... They don't, you just get another bill for another months calls.
Then to top it all off, We had some girl with a seriously bad attitude ring to say she was going to cut us off, This was the best news we have had off there company.
They cut us off last week which has not affected our lines, so obviously we were not with them.
This is what we have been trying to tell them for over six months.
I recommend you don't touch this company with anybody elses bargepole let alone your own.
We still haven't sorted this matter out.
