So, we decided for my son's birthday we needed to get some smaller presents to go with his main gift. We went here as in the past (5+ years ago) we've ordered stuff and had a generally good time. ordered an item that was cheaper than anywhere else, a few minutes later I remembered i had a 20% off code they had sent me. My fault i forgot i had it, anyway went back into my account and found a cancel button for my previous order with a drop down menu for the reason then cancelled the order. The selection of gifts on this website are very good but that is all. I ordered a few gifts for my husbands birthday but they did not arrive in time. When I cancelled the order they said that as it was dispatched then I would have to accept delivery but not to worry as I could return it immediately. I placed an order with I want One Of Those before Christmas - with a guaranteed delivery by Christmas. There were no sign of the goods for Christmas, and no sign of any goods after Christmas. I sent an email to their customer service team to ask them to investigate. They eventually replied (after nearly a week) to say I needed to complete a non delivery form - but they failed to attach that form to the email. After queueing for twenty minutes each time on the phone my Mum was convinced to pay again for one of the two items which didn't arrive. Avoid this website. Ordered items on 5th December - on their free delivery that they state will take 3-5 days. When I enquired after 10 days they appear to make up a dispatch date, which has changed twice, and now say that it may take over 20 days - too late for Xmas & not not possible to cancel. My item was delivered to totally the wrong address and the company expected me to go and collect. would not refund nor would they pick up the item. We lost our card which was a Christmas present which cost £49 for one night in a pod. There is no one to speak on the phone to to sort out problems. You are simply directed back to the account. When the account holder gets through - by email only, you can't speak to anyone - they get a badly spelt message saying it's nothing to do with them, it's a third party who arranges it and your £49 is lost! They take the money and do not despatch the goods and then when you contact them either they would take ages to reply or would send an automated reply without even bothering to read and understand the issue. they would demand unreasonable actions from the customer. I returned an item which was wrongly described (and apparently subject to a court order banning the description) the day after it was delivered on the 14th December - still waiting for a refund - they say they cannot find it even though I have sent them the tracking number which confirms they received it on the 19th. I wish I'd read this first! I've placed an order with them, the item is in stock, and I paid for premium next day delivery! The order status shows that is still pending, and despite numerous emails.... No response! Oh, and there's now no telephone number to contact them!!!!!!
