    Have now cancelled and asked for refund.... rubbish, rubbish, rubbish... After speaking with four different Customer Service memembers of staff - they still have managed to arrange delivery to the wrong address on the wrong day. The worst mail order service I have ever encountered - and I use them A LOT!!!!!! Use at your own peril!

    Purchased a retro phone for my sister's birthday in good time (or so I thought). It took a week to be delivered and when I opened the poorly packaged item, it was clearly a second hand item (possible a return) and wasn't checked before sending out. Bits had been chipped off the underneath of the phone and there was dirt everywhere. For £60, I thought this was pretty poor.

    We ordered the portable bbq for a camping trip from iwantoneofthose.com and paid premium delivery of £6.45. The bbq arrived as arranged but the grill was broken but as we hadn't time to replace it we went ahead and used it. The bbq warped so badly on the second use that we couldn't fold it and had to abandon it at the campsite.     Was suprised how quickly my order arrived from 'I Want One of Those' - the next morning :-)Good stuff all in good condition. Only one thing wrong - one product "holy toast" was shown as 2 different pictures (you press the plastic mould against your bread and when you toast it a miraculous image of a holy face appears) but I received duplicates - i.e. 2 images the same. pity, as you don't need more than 1!

    Extremely efficient and helpful, much better than other companies. I ordered stuff on 5th Dec, got one item the next day... other stuff was there 24 hours later. Ordered one item by phone the week before Xmas and received it 3 days later...
    Another prolific gift company for men and women, on the other hand let us down pretty much... Ordered on the same day as the original order of I want.... We finally received a large order on the afternoon of Xmas Eve....

    I Want One Of Those has a large range of items available.

    I found out today that if an order is placed for multiple items and one single item is out of stock (even though the website advises that stock is available for this item) the whole order is held, it would appear.
    I placed an order and requested next day delivery for multiple items but did not receive the delivery because there was a single item unavailable. I was not advised about this until I made a phone enquiry on the day I was e ...

    Beware if you are buying for Christmas...
    I ordered 6 weeks in advance. I received none of the goods at all. I was promised deliver right up to the last day available to shop before Christmas and waited in all day and still got nothing. I had to rush to Argos at the very last minute.

    I have used IWOOT for lots of gift ideas and have always found it to be a great website, with speedy delivery (despite the price)
    I would recommend it to ANYONE!

    Purchased a 'Sat Nag' from them. The site made it sound like a really fun gadget to have and that it made loads of different comments but unfortunately it turned out to be very cheap and nasty. The plastic is quite brittle and the item is similar to something I found in a £1 store.
    Still, It's my fault for trusting the review and the service was still very good. It's just a shame that some of the items arn't as good as they're made out to be...

    I ordered an ant farm for my wife's birthday from I Want One Of Those www.iwantoneofthose.com. It wasn't my idea, but rather something she thought would be really cool.     Ordered about 18 things, all showing in stock, none were. Took over a month to get them, all too late for Xmas. No emails to update me (apart from confirming they had debited my card and giving 2 courier dispatch order numbers from 2 years ago). Over 20 chasing calls, average 45 mins wait but waste of time as they have been no help. No response to complaints, regulatory bodies or parent company. I think you get the picture.

    Was trying to get a refund on a purchase in line with their terms and conditions. Seems like a total waste of time they don't reply to our mails. They have not acknowledged receipt of the return. Good job it was sent recorded so we have a signature and date signed for. Have given up with these people and will get onto the credit card company and claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act

    Ordered a christmas present end of Nov/ start of Dec. This was never delivered and I was promised a full refund before Christmas. I still haven't received it despite it being over a month ago when they promised to return my money. .

    Order sent on 15th November for overseas delivery. Despite showing all items in stock they weren't (The MD recently sent a voucher stating that there were problems due to the bedding in of a new system - who in their right mind changes their system before Christmas?).Still haven't received my items over 2 months later and waiting for a refund.

    Simply my worst online shopping experience ever!!! And I've been shopping on the net since 1998.
    I ordered items for Christmas gifts at the start on December and at the time all items were shown as in stock.
    I phoned a week and a half later to check why I hadn't received my order to be told that two of the items were out of stock. I asked them to send the remainder of the order and I was told it would ship the next day.

    I ordered gifts from Ireland on the 08/12/07. On the 13/12 I attempted to contact them by email. No response. I emailed again on the 17/12, this time to the directors and no response. I started to ring them after that but got no answer. Eventually I made contact on the 21/12 only to be told that half my order was dispatched but returned as there was no reply at my home.     After ordering an item on I Want One Of Those at the start of December I didn't receive it. Spoke to someone on the 20th of December who told me my item had been despatched to my old address, despite my address being changed on my account. I asked them to send the item to me again by express delivery so I would get it before Christmas. They said that even by express delivery they couldn't guarantee to get the item to me and they'd recommend I cancel my order. They told me they'd refund my money ...

    I ordered presents for family on their website on the 4/12/07, all items shown as in stock and should be with me within 4 days. Waited and nothing came, made several phone calls to IWOOT cust. service and was told items are ready to dispatch and will be with me next 2 days. Waited each time without getting what I ordered. Was told eventually they'd be with me Xmas eve, I gave up by then and bought elsewhere. Good job as when the items did turn up (3rd Jan) Half of them are missing.
