    "Council Estate of Mind" is a superb album - probably the best UK Hip Hop album ever. No bad songs, everything here is real. The talking in-betwen tracks is a bit irritating first time around but u get used to the message it's portraying.

    Best tracks: F**k The Hook, Put In The Work, Council Estate of Mind.

    The Skinnyman Council Estate of Mind album shows that hip hop can be done with real UK accents and stories, and done well. There is no escaping the fact that hip hop is a New York City/American thing and you can't beat that, but hip hop can be finely tuned right down to your own area and street.

    Skinnyman Council Estate Of Mind - Skinnyman is set to be a legend. I believe this is his debut album but I suspect he's probably been putting them out for years and this is the first time he's started to get noticed. Council Estate Of Mind is a fantastic example of UK HipHop. It's difficult to describe if you haven't heard, but I'd say it's something like Roots Manuva using the beats of the Wu-Tang. The album is amazing with no poor tracks. The only thing I'd change is the talking between ...
