I would give this company no stars at all if possible. They despatched a delicate item to me in a flimsy plastic bag, and needless to say, when it arrived it was damaged beyond repair. I have had no refund, and they don't even bother responding to emails. Keep well away from this lot. I even emailed amazon who I ordered through and they didn't even reply to my email except to say my complaint had been received. (read more)

247 Electrical had my item in stock, and sent it out, together with a tracking number by Royal Mail. Unfortunately the tracking number only tells you when it has been delivered, so how you can track it, as described by 247 is beyond me? The item never arrived, 247 would not resend until 3 weeks had passed, and now out of stock, have promised a refund, but I'm still waiting! They may be cheap, but buy elsewhere, at least you will get what you ordered. (read more)

The good parts - they (Powerblock U32 Weights) were cheaper than anywhere else on the web. I would have been fine with that and a longer delivery timescale if they had not quoted them as in stock and with a delivery timescale of a couple of days. I actually phoned through to customer services to make sure they were in stock before placing the web order. Ordered electic fire online,they sent us the wrong product and refused to refund our money until they had collected it again and got it back to their warehouse.Was also told that the optimyst fire we had originally ordered was out of stock, Perminatally!. Customer service was awful, All managers apparently off sick with no complaints dept. Needless to say will not touch them with a bargepole in future! (read more)

I had read many reviews on the companies own website from people complaining the item was listed as in stock but turned out not to be. I ordered the item (listed as being in stock) and was emailed several days later to be told it was no longer available and has been removed from the website. This is extremely poor service. Next email received was to say that we should have received the goods, which was the case but where was the email to say goods were despatched? Goods received was a wall can opener and the instructions said that 4 screws were included to secure it to the wall.
