Good Points: Three outstanding tracks including two previously unreleased B-Sides. Great stuff!!!!
Bad Points: Nope...none!
General comments: Baby Chaos, Hello Victim - October of 1994 saw the release of the Baby Chaos single 'Hello Victim'. Released on CD, 12" Vinyl and cassette through East West, the single featured two previously unreleased B-Sides.
The tracklisting is as follows:
1. Hello Victim
2. Rotten To The Core
3. Skinny
The A-Side track 'Hello Victim' is a vocally dominant rock 'n' roll treat, with its simple yet addictive riffs and melodic vocals. The track appeared on the album 'Safe Sex, Designer Drugs And The Death Of Rock 'n' Roll'.
Next we have the dark treat that is the B-Side 'Rotten To The Core'. This grungy, guitar-heavy, rock track shows Baby Chaos's twisted side well. Chris Gordon's vocals are superb, with an edge of roughness complementing the track well.
Lastly, we have the bouncy number 'Skinny'. The verse has Chris's vocals floating over an almost 'Ned's Atomic Dustbin' sound. The bridge delivers a chunky riff with a build towards the long outro. An awesome track that seems to bleed emotion.
