Let's face it - you are out more than in when visiting a such a wonderful place. The Hotel Academia was fairly basic but is priced accordingly compared to others in the vicinity. The staff were very friendly and the service very good. Rooms were cleaned every day and you can just step out the door and you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of wonderful Florence.
