I would like to add another suitcase for my trip. We only booked one case to go in the hold but it's only 20kg between 2. Can I add this to my already booked and paid for holiday?

Yes, you can add another suitcase, but at a cost. Phone Teletext or the airline to book another case. The cost is the same whichever way you do it, I can't remember what I paid, maybe another £32. Also, I booked another case through Easyjet and did not receive an email as the holiday had been booked through another agent, but details were added on flight which I could see on the airline's website page. Hope this helps.

Yes. Just call them to arrange this. They will call the flight operator to confirm the cost at the time of your call. Enjoy your trip.

You can take 10kg on the plane in a cabin bag for free we put all our shoes in cabin bags and filled the case with sun cream ect you can add another case when you log in to print your tickets or just phone your holiday company they will book it for you

I would phone the airline rather than Teletext Holidays (TH) as TH will get a cut for it sometimes. The cost depends on individual airline. In my honest opinion, I will no longer trust TH. They made promises which they do not keep.

I have a holiday booked for Tunisia, Hammamet on 1st August. However my flights have been cancelled because of the tragic incident happened in Sousse. Anyway will I be able to change my holiday to a different destination rather than taking the full refund?

Hi, I booked a holiday to Tunisia, Daphne Skanes Beach Hotel. We are going there in a week time. I read a reviews saying that staff is on strike and hotel is dirty, building site. Can you please advice what is happening and if something is it possible to move us to different hotel?

I have one person unable to come on holiday due to work and am trying to cancel them without much joy which has put me in a position that I am going to be unable to afford the holiday and have to pay in full this week. I have emailed teletext and am getting no response. I would like to know how I would stand if I now cancel the holiday. Does anyone know?

Be careful with this one...I paid for transfers...was left stranded at airport and no one to this day helped me...had to get a cab...seriously out of pocket...luggage overhead free..if you need more ask Teletext...I personally will never use them again...after care is terrible...take your money and don't give a fig...hope you haven't booked already with them...if you have, hope you have a great stay..

I booked a holiday less than 24 hours ago. The hotel I booked was a recommendation and had a superb location, to later find out it couldn't be in a worse location. Can I change my hotel easily? I feel sick with worry about this.

Sorry to hear of your dilemma. I would check on internet purchase legislation - however I think that teletext holidays have bypassed it somehow! And I'm sorry to say that they most likely won't help! But try! And don't back down easily to them either! Good luck!

Hi my daughter phoned teletext to inquire about ten of us going away for a week. She told teletext that each person would contact them confirm there booking and either pay in full or pay a deposit. One persons never contacted telext and last month they contacted us saying we had to pay this persons money or they would cancel all the others holiday ( we have all paid in full). We asked why they had booked this person o the holiday if she had never made contact or paid a deposit they said that as we were traveling as a group (but paying as indervidauals ) they has used our money as deposit for this person after several hours on the phone there rude staff have refused to give us Any refrence numbers until we pay. I contacted them one last time. They have admitted fault and said that they would stand the hotel payment but we would have to pay the flight. We have refused as we never gave teletext permission to use our money to pay for a passenger who never contacted them. We still have no details and our holiday is in six weeks. Has anyone else had this problem if my life depended on it I will never use teletext. Again a night mare company say they will return calls but never do staff that don't speak or understand good English and we have been passed around from person to person. This has been going on since last September. NEVER AGAiN

I hope if you call they will help you, unfortunately once it goes past holiday I wouldn't bother ..but hopefully as you haven't departed the Customer advisors on the phone might be able to help..after service I'm afraid is, in my experience, pretty poor to say the least..All the best hope you get it resolved..

Hi Nicki, I have copied their Terms relating to your query below - hope this helps! 5. Amendments: We will do our utmost to accommodate your amendment requests but it may not always be possible. Any requests for amendments must be made in writing from the person who made the booking. We will charge an administration fee of £25 per person and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. Please note that certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any amendment request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements. If amendments are required within the 12 weeks of departure cancellation charges may apply in addition to an administration charge of up to £50 per person 6. Cancellations: Any cancellation request must be sent to us in writing and will not take effect until received by us. If you cancel your booking we will charge the cancellation charges (which may be 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements). The cancellation charges are detailed below More than 84 days: Deposit. 57-84 days: 30% or deposit whichever is greater. 29-56 days: 50%. 22-28 days: 75%. 8-21 days: 90% Within 7 days of departure: 100%. For flight bookings with all low cost airlines, the cancellation charges will be 100%. Bookings that include Scheduled flights may incur different cancellation charges as per their booking conditions.

On Monday 31st March I booked a holiday I had not researched after the one I had initially wanted was not suitable to all our party, I felt panicked and I know its silly but also obliged after enquiring. Now im in a real flap there are reports of mosquitos biting all day and night long as the hotel is built on a bog ie lots of insects, I am scared for the grandchildren and as for myself I react badley to bites, swelling etc. Will it be possible to change hotel only not dates or location?

Please be aware, there will be a steep charge for this. It is within their Terms and Conditions. If you are unwilling or unable to afford the change, Jungle Formula is an amazing bug protection brand. There are sprays and roll ons that I'd highly recommend. I use them every year.
