“no sea view like paid for this can put a real damper...”

Looking out at rubble is not a double sea view which was paid for hotel staff not interested in helping hotel very large and we feel the room we was given is rated at 2 in level up to 10 a very poor start to our holiday have tried to contact teletext holidays but we are into the 4th day with no sucsess its very distressing when no one can help and its very clear on our booking voucher double sea view… Read Full Review

Spent quite some time selecting a number of holidays from the Teletext website, phoned up to confirm prices - every one came out at 3-4 times the advertised price.... Do these people think we are complete idiots?? Advisor trued to say it was a 'technical' error - if thats the case maybe there should be something warning you on the website that their prices are all incorrect.... “No customer support, last minute changes & no...”

Dear Teletext holidays, My parents are currently stuck in a hotel in Rhodes. This is because you changed their hotel the afternoon before they were due to fly out and have not forwarded the payment to the new hotel. They've taken their passports off them and have told them they have to pay again by the end of the day if they have not received the payment from the previous hotel. Didn't think twice about booking through teletext holidays as they had been around for decades and I know plenty of people who have booked with them in the past. Didn't bother to check reviews because of this. Little did I know.................. You 'followed up' this problem at the time of booking and told me that I had asked for the maralvor, even though I gave your agent the reference number, off your website for the alvormar. You said you had listened to the phonecall I made but I was not allowed to hear it.

“Fake prices on their website and emails”

Complete waste of time looking for holidays on their website as all the prices are fake. Called them up to book a holiday using their reference number and amazingly the price had jumped up another £200 above the price that had been shown on their website throughout the previous week. I was told that there had just been a lot of bookings on the flight that caused the price to increase! I've just had the exact same issue, when I asked if I had ran fat 10:01 this morning (10mins before the time advertised on the website) would I get the holiday for the advertised price the agent did a very good job of not answering my question.

I found the company on a Travel Zoo search for holidays in Fuerteventura flying from Birmingham. Absolutely shocking service. Phoned 3 days before we were due to travel and told us that the transfers were cancelled offered no help in getting other transfers other than told to get a taxi (a taxi would cost €150 one way). Told that they would refund the money but as it takes 5 working days it wipuld be after we were on the holiday. Good luck...my complaint was June....still waiting....

Ive been in contact with Watchdog...suggest others follow and make sure no one else suffers at the hand of these 'providers' ...

I was stranded without transfers paid for...as well as incorrect info on prices...terrible Company...I'm not giving up till they sort my issues...I felt so stressed my rare opportunity to have a holiday...ruined..
Teletext should be renamed...telulies hmmm...I'll have royalties if they use this idea...

I arrived in Agadir for my much saved for holiday with my daughter (7) and husband. After searching the net for over 3 hours i came accross what u thought was q great deal to magaluf 3 people 177 per person we called through to teletext spoke to layton who confirmed all was correct wat we saw online took a payment 531 to then turn around and say what we have just paid for had disappeared and we had to pay an additional 60 pound each, we was left on hold for long periods of time i spoke 2 4 different… Read Full Review

“Rip off, prices stated are not true, lots of hidden costs”

Saw what I thought was a reasonable prices holiday to Egypt next year April time and so I rang to confirm. The price shown didnt include transfers or baggage allowances which made the holiday more expensive than I wanted originally (hidden costs) that's not the biggest problem tho. I was told I the telephone that if I paid a deposit of 250 and paid a 1000 the following week that my flights would be secure and I wouldn't have to pay anything else until march 2015!!! This seems to be a common theme and message from teletext holidays! Unfortunately, this message is not satisfactory and instead of posting fake messages that don't mean anything. Do something about the service and standards to your customers. Sales staff are rude, unhelpful, pushy and will say anything to get a sale even if they give false or incorrect information!!
