    I agree it can take you back to a point in time..

    Apparently GoBack locks the drive or makes it unrecognisable..!
    But if your machine dies and you pop the hard drive into another machine to try and retrieve data... Good luck trying to get your new PC to see the drive...!?
    Do not recommend Roxio Data Recovery and Back Up Software.

    It has saved my bacon on countless occasions. Several times when I would have had to recourse to getting an engineer in to re-set my machine after it has inexplicably lost a driver or a registry key, I simply used Go Back's option to magically go back a chosen number of hours, and hey presto... everything is back as it was. Quite simply, the most valuable piece of software I have ever installed.

    I have been using Roxio's GoBack with great success for many years now.
    It's a straightforward recovery programme which takes snap-shots of your system on a regular basis. If you should happen to run into difficulties after installing or uninstalling a programme you can easily reset your system to a time prior to the problem arising.
    It can even help with problems caused by a virus infection due to its ability to revert your system to its state of health prior to the infection.
