Good Points: I used this Jabra with a Nokia 6620 phone. I never had a problem with reception / staying connected with the phone. Great sound even in windy conditions. Easy to adjust controls. Blue light blinking is an eye catcher. Range was very good. In fact I was able to talk fine using the Jabra when my 6620 was inside the house and I was in the backyard with sliding glass door closed. I'd say at a good 60+ feet it worked flawlessly.

Bad Points: Sometimes a little difficult to get on/around the ear. You have to turn the crescent ear piece around until it will snug up to your ear. That is OK except there is a small swivel point to move the device to/from the side of your head that is plastic - not much wider than a #2 pencil lead. Mine broke without a lot of tweaking. I could never seem to get that feel that the jabra would stay put on my head. It never fell off but on the other hand it felt loose. I was hoping to come across a unit that when worn you could almost forget that it was there. Other thing is battery seemed to expire quickly and charging it would be necessary quite often. Not always because of use during phone calls but by bumping the activation switch/button and it would be on without you knowing it. That is, if you put it in a shirt pocket / backpack slot.

General comments: Good unit when it comes to reception and for use with phones that are just not loud enough (like the 6620 Nokia). I would have to bury the phone against the side of my head to try to hear the person I was trying to talk to. The 800 eliminated that strain to hear the conversation but just tended to loosen up on my ear where it felt like if I turned too quickly it (theJabra) would fly off. Seemed a bit heavy at times too - maybe because it felt loose though.

Best is to try the fit for 10 minutes or so. The unit will work pretty good. Hope in the future that there is some kind of upgrade for the plastic swivel point which appears to be a weak point.

This was my first Jabra headset and overall, I'm impressed with the Jabra BT800 .
The microphone is excellent and has no problem with voice dialling in noisy environments.
Mine is currently away for repair under warranty as the buttons on the underside have stopped working but support was good.

Hard to use with the buttons. Answering and hanging up, along with volume control, is not responsive, often causing missed calls.
