Now Park have the hamper monopoly the standard of the meat has gone downhill, the pork joints look nice till they are cooked, when you cut them it is all bits held together with elastic netting. As for the Steak? well all I can say this is odd bits of meat made to look like steak never order again rather save money and go to ASDA. (read more)

This was the second year we ordered meat for and after Christmas. I found most of the pork joints was different bits of pork pressed together and tied with elasticated string, As you cut it the joint each slice fals to pieces. The sausages, well what I can say, they are not fit even for my dog to eat. I ordered the hamper for our christmas food and I am extremely unhappy with the quantity and quality of the food I have recieved. If I would have known that this is what I had ordered I would have not bothered in the first place. The meat is very fatty and does not look very appealing to the eye, the picture that is shown on the website is not even comparable to what I recieved. I ordered a Christmas Hamper of frozen meat from Park. It was delevered this morning, it came with a list of what was in the box, and everything was there, however it wasnt what I thought i was ordering. I believed I was ordering whole chickens, whole legs of lamb and chops and steaks of various meat. Dont waste your money.. I had a customer that was a family member after a fall out they said to cancell their order , which I did then gave them a full refund of what they had payed . Next thing I know park had frozen my account and refused to release my other customers vouchers as the cancelled customer had written to them to say they had not had a refund . I have been shopping with Park for 10 months now but I only buy the shopping vouchers because I find the hampers and gifts overpriced. The vouchers are a good way to save for christmas as you can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly as you wish and provided you have paid by 1st November you get them in plenty of time to go chirstmas shopping, the high street vouchers can be used at many stores and the vouchers do not have an expiry date. i am a agent with park, my family and i save for all sorts including vouchers and hampers.park always keep you up to date with your account, and the helpline staff are very polite and friendly.at the end of the year delivery is top class, always on time and no problems at all.its a great relief to have christmas sorted and no worry.i would recomend Park to anyone who is on a budget as so many are these days,10/10. Great customer service, hampers are not very good value for money ad they used to be now park have the monopoly over the hamper industry, vouchers are excellent value u get back what u paid in and great selection to choose from. Okay commission if u run the account as an agency and get friends and family are to order ,again commission structure had chaned over the years and has dropped or thresholds put up on order value ! I have been a saver with Park for the last four/five years and I have had a couple of customers and I am about to get another three/four customers this year. i have described to my friends as a no worries way to be organised forthe following christmas and all the shops that the vouchers can be used in. I love the High Street vouchers as my son's birthday is two days after christmas so it gives me a chance to get his presents at the same time without the worries of trying to find the money... Park is absolutely fantastic to allow EVERYONE to have a happy and successful Christmas. I love the fact that anyone can save with them as the weekly/ monthly payments are as low as you can afford so you never feel like your are leaving yourself short throughout the rest of the year. It is especially good for low income families (like myself)who would perhaps otherwise be unable to provide their family with loads of nice food, drink, gifts etc at such a busy/special/expensive time of year.... Hello poster, I am really sorry to hear you are disappointed with your hampers. You say they are not worth the money but...are they as listed in the catalogue you ordered from? If they are, then why do you now think after 12 months of saving, plenty of time for consideration, prices of meat generally gone through the roof, that they are not value for money? Sorry but I'm confused by your comments?

I gather Park Hampers want my review deleted. This is a true story and I want to highlight the pitfalls of dealing with Park Hampers and having to mail your vouchers onwards........ this is the review I want to share a story with you. My daughter was a Park Hamper agent and she took money off a dear friend of hers on a regular basis. The good friend moved and so she had to send the vouchers by post. She thought she was choosing the right service and sent them off recorded delivery.... (read more)

Just read this and unsure how this is Park's fault, surely this is a roymal mail problem. If they had come direct from park and the envelope was empty, then yes i can see where you are coming from, HOWEVER , youve put Park sent out to your daughter, and your daughter then reposted on to her customer and it was from there that the problem started, so its down to the customer to complain to your daughter , and then your daughter to complain to royal mail...I had a customer in 2010 who ordered 675 high street book which her lovely labrodor dog, decided to part eat...Park refunded and exchanged which i think is a very good service.

I understand Park Hampers have offered a goodwill gesture of £40 of vouchers which I think is commendable of them. (Although I cannot comment if these have been received) The reason for the comment is to bring peoples attention to the pitfalls of if you have to send vouchers by post. It is not a safe option to send them other than by Special delivery and you pay insurance to go with the value the package contains. I agree the Royal Mail is the main culprit. But people we have spoken to found it quite strange that the vouchers were not able to be cancelled. If I can forewarn one person so it saves heart ache then I am happy. I am not saying dont use Park Hampers but please be careful if you have to pass on vouchers other then person to person.

Park are a godsend with Brilliant helpfull team members, its nice having the knowledge that xmas is all paid for.
The Quality and range of goods is excellent, and Delivery is prompt and all queries are handled effiently.

It completely takes away any issues of spending at Christmas. You are not limited as the vouchers cover everything you can possibly imagine. I t makes Christmas easier and even more fun as you have no money worries as everything is paid for in advance. I only buy vouchers but park is a great & easy way to save for Xmas. It's great if ur struggling 1 week u can miss a payment & make it up the following week without being penalised. Being an agent u also have plenty of options for making ur payments should it be over the phone, at the post office/bank or by mail. (read more)

I bought vouchers from Park last year for the first time ever and I will be buying them every year from now on. Totally took the worry out of christmas for me and my husband as he had no work for the whole of November and December. I even had a few vouchers left after christmas and treated myself to a new pair of boots in the sales. Big thankyou to Park. I love Park, and have been saving with them for 4 years, the only down side I would say is that the commission rates should be increased on vouchers across the bored. Listening to other agents and looking at past rates I feel it would only be fair to give a little something back or think of various incentives throughout the year for keep your payments up to date. only for lazy people who do not go shopping for themselves, it contains poor quality products which if the value was totalled up would come to less than half of the price paid for this so called luxury hamper. i would not recommend buying them they are a complete waste of money, you'd be better planning your time and doing your shop online weeks in advance with the cash you would have saved! lol Im not lazy, its called enjoying buying presents (far far too much worth) and I prefer to plan monthly, I dont do hampers I do vouchers for shops so hardly a rip off, you get what you pay for, so if you order 200 pounds worth you get 200 pounds worth...You should try them , then your comment would be a valid one as you would know from experience.

I had similar problem with their customer service. I paid via direct debit, and changed address just before the vouchers where handed out. Whe I rung to change my address I was told vouchers had been sent and signed for by the new resident, who has denied any knowledge of these vouchers.
I'm no £400 out of pocket and no help from park
