“Customer service, what customer service? ”

Avoid at all costs. Exorbitant prices for discount store products, poor delivery policy leading to some of my order being left at the home of someone I didn't know, and then a two month battle for meagre compensation for missing items. “Not worth what I paid”

Paid all year for a hamper to see us over Christmas being pensioners but what we got was polish chicken Brest not against it being polish but it was uneatable stringy and tasteless we bined it now we are cooking a pork joint that's falling to bits as we cook it. Paid all year for several hampers, only received half my order so I'm now fighting to get the rest before Christmas. This is the third and definitely the last time I'll be using Park as each year there have been items missing, really dodgy fresh produce and poor packaging. “Gave them another chance... My mistake”

Not a very helpful company, you never seem to get anywhere with them. I used them before once and they told me my order would arrive on a certain date I took time off work that day and the next day... then the third day and finally it came.... no apologies or such thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, this year beforehand I brought up my past experience they assured me everything was running to plan. “Can't use the gift cards”

Us and our daughter ordered £450 love2shop gift cards, went to spend the gift card at one of the advertised shops and found that we can't use the gift cards in there or in 50% of the stores advertised for love2shop vouchers. With the paper vouchers you can't get any change from them so if you spend £8 from a £10 voucher you loose £2 of the voucher with the love2shop cards you don't loose any money BUT you are so limited to where you can spend them and this was not made clear in the… Read Full Review

What we ordered. 750 of vouchers. 250 each of Amazon, Asda and Love2shop. What we received. 450 love2shop, 200 Asda, 50 Amazon, 50 primary. Upon ring in the PARK "careline", Kath (who refused to give a surname as she is the only Kath working for Park), informed us we were wrong and they have never done the orders we asked for as you cannot get love2shop vouchers or cards in 250 denominations. “False Advertising”

I just took delivery of the 'fabulous' drinks globe they have advertised at £199.99 to find that it is in no way the same as the pictured one. 

We did not get a fabulous shiny metal globe but a badly finished painted wooden structure that looks nothing what so ever like the picture they advertise. 

I will be contacting trading standards tomorrow regarding their false advertising. Beware, it doesn't look like you get what you pay for.

Nothing to to do with Park, the company which issues the e-card is the responsible one for choosing the partners. When you receive you card you also receive a list where you can spend it, next time just read!

“Complaint about meat”

I have been an agent ever since Farepak went out of business but the meat i received this year is the worst yet, I complained about a piece of pork last week how when it was cooked it went into about nine pieces when I complained I was told that someone would contact me , quest what, no one contacted me. “terrible meat humper ”

I have bought the meat humper. And i have found that there is something terribly wrong with the meat. Every time I defrost any of the meat it has a marvel grey / green colour to it and it has a fishy smell to it. It a very poor quality and I am very concerned about this. “Refused refund on damaged laptop”
