i have used Big pockets for a number of years with very little problem however will njo longer be buying from them for the simple reason the carraige charge was at £15.00 more than the good i ordered. The box was about 8 inches by 6 inch by 6 inches. When i enquired about this it was because of where i live (40 miles south of Glasgow in the firth of Clyde on an Island good delivedred to a Glasgow then collected by local carrier) and the carrier charge. Thats fair enough but i do wonder when Misco use the same Carrier and only charged me £4.99 for the delivery of a very large Printer

Fantastic service. Bargain used laptop. Quick, free delivery. Any problem with product and the support team email back on the same day. Lots of very good offers on smaller items. Look out for the 'trash' that they have on...could pick up some bargains, even if just for a car boot sale!

Ordered a TV from big pockets after seeing it on HUKDs and it arrived the next day. easy website to use and the TV is excellent.

Have used big pockets for a few years now and only had one problem which was down to the couriers and not bigpockets. Most orders are delivered next day even with the free delivery items

I ordered a used laptop and received the item the next day, it was well packaged and exactly as described. Worked out of the box and has done for the last 2 months. Very happy with 'Big Pockets'.

You CAN get some good deals on www.bigpockets.co.uk, especially on consumables and small ticket items. Their return policy is designed to discourage returns for any reason. Their product review is a joke - you'll never find a product with only lousy reviews, because they won't allow it. I've kept a couple of faulty items because it would have been too expensive to return them. I do not purchase anything overly expensive at Big Pockets, as one must be prepared to take a loss with them.

Their website is not working for submitting a complaint ticket. And you can't even call them. Ever. There is a little red x in the box where there should be numbers and letters for verifying the submission!
There is only a red x.
I purchased a refurbished laptop for £179.00. I received my laptop today and it is totally faulty: The keys on the keypad do not correspond to what is actually being typed! I have never seen anything like it!
The keyboard does not type what the keys have written ...

I ordered a T30 laptop from www.bigpockets.co.uk and asked a few questions regarding the warranty and was told if I wasn't happy they would collect it free of charge and give me a full refund. Ordered straight away after hearing that and it arrived the following day in mint condition. Loaded straight away with no rubbish installed. Over the moon for £160!

I received two faulty laptops from www.bigpockets.co.uk and 3rd (and final) laptop was at lower spec than I paid for, the internet card appeared to be missing and laptop still had the previous users info, cookies etc on it. Would never use again.

My brother just spent £250 of his birthday money and savings on a refurbished laptop from bigpockets.co.uk. It arrived in good time- 2 days after order BUT it has got scatches all over it and even sticky finger marks on the key board!He is very disappointed. Wouldn't advise shopping here.

I ordered a memory stick which is priced at £50 at Dixons. Got it for £9 including delivery from Big Pockets. Delivery right on time. Excellent prices. Highly secure to prevent credit card fraud by using Barclays security. I definitely will use again and recommend to others.

I waited over a week for goods to arrive from Big Pockets, and when the goods turned up it was bad. I will never use them again. They say next day delivery. What a joke!! If you try phoning Big Pockets you will be kept waiting for over 10 minutes.

I found Big Pockets customer service to be great! I ordered the wrong item once and they changed it; no questions asked, and they didn't even charge me postage because I am a regular customer. They have some good offers on cameras etc. and at good prices with fast delivery etc.

I have recommended Bigpockets to lots of people and nobody has complained to me yet, rather the opposite. They sponsor cars in the British Touring Car so that's a double plus for me. Keep it up.

I've bought a few items with no problems from Big Pockets but then I bought a battle tank with a free gift and 100 excellent quality dvd-r. The free gift never came and the dvd-r where poor quality discs and most were badly damaged. No matter how I have tried to get in touch with them they will not reply. Avoid this company at all costs as they quickly take your money with no come back on them for shoddy or missing goods.

I have been buying from Bigpockets for about 2 years now and have only experienced one delay when the discs I have ordered, the driver for the couriers couldn't find my address. The customer service department chased the order up for me and got interlink to call me and I told them where my house was. Never had a problem with anything else. The quality of products at their prices are above my expectations.

AVOID BIGPOCKETS AT ALL COSTS!!
I made the mistake of ordering some CDRs and a DVD player from their website.
They said items were in stock, but after a MONTH no order had arrived. Despite many emails (no responses) asking what was going on, I eventually tried to cancel my order and received an email confirming cancellation - when I got the statement.
Of course these people still haven't refunded me.
They won't respond to any contact method listed on their site. I'm currently in the process ...
