I have used hydroderm serum for years. It works better for me than dermitage which is supposed to be better. I have extremely dry skin. I found the customer service a little difficult to connect with, but they did seem to try. If you tell them the price is too much for you to afford, they will reduce it a third!It makes most lines disappear and leaves my skin smooth and moist. The trick is to really gently massage it in. Don't just put it on and go. Follow that up with a co enyme q 10 creme... (read more)

I was disappointed with this company's customer service. I do not seem to be able to unsubscribe or discontinue my account because the customer service number is always busy whenever I call. When I finally got a hold of someone to discontinue, she took my information down and yet, the products keep coming and I keep getting billed. (read more)

Hydroderm is a great product been using it for a year me 35 and my mom 58 we both love it. I even use it on my hands etc. Tighter pores, improved skin tone, disappearance of fine lines and circles. Its very mild and gentle. Don't know why these girls are having any issues. Might want to take a look at what else they are using. really does wonders on my lips as well.
I have stopped using it for a couple months and have noticed that my face has gone back in the gutter without it. ...

I have wanted a product like Hydroderm for so long. I can't wait to put it on because I know what great results I'll get. As I said above, Hydroderm clears up my wrinkles and removed that tired and angry look fine lines produce. Now if you could could come up with a product to tighten the upper eyelids!! (read more)

I disagree with this review because...It doesn't work and the the company does not abide by their promise to provide refunds nor can they be reached by phone or email. Also they have so many complaints right now the Better Business Bureau gave them an "F" rating.

I would not recommend this. I also do not trust a product that requires you sign up for a "program" that ships monthly rather than allowing you to order it when you need it. This to me seems like a product that already knows they will not be able to depend on repeat business. (read more)

I am so disappointed about Hydroderm, it make my face look like I have smallpox. When the first time happened I thought I eat something bad. At the dermatologist I didn't wish to admit that I use new facial product. After two weeks my face was again normal and I try again Hydroderm and again my face turn during the night in smallpox for so much money. No thank you! Terrible! Never again I will use Hydroderm. I am very happy with this product. It really makes a different. I am 36 years old and very conscious about my appearance. I am afraid to and still too young to do plastic surgery (not necessary yet), but was trying to find a good product for my skin. I tried it, and loved it, but returned it because of the price. I love this product. I am 57 and it is the gentlest product I have ever used. There is a definite improvement in my skin--especially fine lines and wrinkles and it has diminished some of my deeper wrinkles around my mouth and eyes. (read more)

I often get comments on why I'm not aging...I know, I have been using Hydroderm for at least 1 year now. I can feel my skin begin to tighten just slightly, and I know for a fact that my deep lined forehead has cleared up.
I really think this product is working for me.
You must however start with a good facial cleanser and wash.
Exfoliate.
Make sure you rinse, rinse, rinse (the more the better).
Make sure all cleaning agents are rinsed off completely.

Hydroderm in my situation does remove wrinkles by completely swelling my face!! After 3 uses my face is extremely swollen, red and painful! It has been 2 days since using it and is only getting worse and not better!! When the swelling goes down, I can't see my wrinkles being gone - they will have to be worse as much as my skin is stretched!!! (read more)

I used Hydroderm wrinkle reducer on one side of my face, 2-3 times a day, for 3 months and at the end, I saw no difference in my marionette lines or my brow and eye lines. I have also tried the lip plumper. Ridiculous claims. No plump and I'm $70 lighter. I had to threaten to call the Better Business Bureau just to get a store credit. For what? More junk? (read more)

The only way I got out of Hydroderm's direct shipment, after numerous phone calls and arguments, was to deny the charges on my credit card, since I had returned the product they had sent to me. I now purchase my Hydroderm products through another retailer and I have no problems. I order what I want when I need it, at discounted prices and I'm not committed to Hydroderm's marketing techniques. (read more)

I had exactly the same experience with ordering from Hydroderm. Firstly, their "free trial sample" comes with a few major and costly caveats - be sure to read the fine print.

<br/>They make it sound as if returning the product is so easy, but it is not, and you are stuck incurring shipping charges.

I've been using Hydroderm for about a year. It has made my skin look healthier and younger. Even though the product is automatically shipped to you, you can go on-line to your account and change the shipment date if you are using less/more than the average person. (read more)

This is an excellent product! My fine lines are all but gone, my deep lines are at least 60% gone and my skin is tighter and thicker after 3 continuous weeks of usage. I am on the auto-ship plan and have had no problem getting through on the phone lines, the reps are friendly and I was informed at least 3 times while signing up that I would be receiving auto shipments. Disagree completely with all points of this review. I've seen fine lines & wrinkles disappear, skin tighter. Product works if used according to directions and for more than a week. Am on auto ship and have had no problems with the company, cust services is curteous and I get right through in a few minutes. I guess some people just always see things in the worst possible light.

Hydroderm is excellent. It works for me and that is all I can speak of. Everyone's skin reacts differently. Beautiful skin starts from the inside, so with drinking tons of water and using this product, I am pleased. I look young to begin with and even younger using this product and have gotten a ton of compliments. No one thinks I am my age and since using this product, I get that compliment even more. You must have EXTREMELY SENSITIVE skin because I have read tons of reviews and have never seen any other review say any of the things you have. I don't think your reaction was typical and people should give it a try and judge for themselves. Hydroderm has worked better than any product I have ever purchased.

After reading the reviews on Hydroderm, I am making a conscious decision NOT to try the product I just received. I am mainly very upset at the automatic enrolment in the product being sent to me, without my consent. I simply wanted to try a small sampling. I was wrong. They will bill me $70.00 after a 30 trial period, which will actually be only 20 days, because it arrived late. I have nice skin now, only it's aging, but I don't want to take the chance of screwing up what I do have now. (read more)

I got the free trial sample from the Hydroderm website as well, and you are informed, AT LEAST 3 TIMES IN BIG, BOLD PRINT, while filling in the information that you will be enrolled in auto ship. You people blame the company for your own ignorance. Anyway, you can cancel at anytime or return the product. I have had no problems whatsoever with the company.

Very helpful review. Sounds like the company's practices are questionable. Also, sounds to me like Cinda works for Hydroderm. She is responding to every negative review a customer makes about the product and is defending them a bit too rigorously in my opinion. (I mean shouting with BOLD print that you were TOLD 3 TIMES that you'd be in an auto ship program sounds a little too much to me like the company trying to do a little damage control.)

I was sucked in by the Hydroderm before and after photos, but trust me this product doesn't work. I quit after a few days simply because I had pronounced lines around my mouth and eyes where none, or few had been before. IT WAS MAKING THEM WORSE!!! I gave Hydroderm a shot. The firming solution stiffened my skin up, which gave the appearance of wrinkle reduction. Just an appearance however. After a day or two, I began to have acne (I'm in my 40's). I kept using the product for a couple of weeks, but finally gave up as it does not work at all, and it irritated my skin. (read more)

After seeing the ads for HydroDerm repeatedly, I decided to try it to minimize the "frown lines" between my eyebrows. They're not deep, but they're noticeable. I used the HydroDerm twice a day for the entire 30-day time period, which according to the testimonials on their site should've been enough time for "dramatic" results. How do they make money?
They make money from the shipping and handling.
They charge you $7.98 shipping for the 2 oz. bottle. And they will keep sending you the unwanted shipment, and every single time, the shipping is not refundable!
You can get the refund of the useless products, but you lose $7.98 for the shipping. That is how they make money.

After trying the free sample of Hydroderm, I decided to order the product. Have been using it twice daily, as recommended, and have noticed that my skin's color, texture, and density has improved. I still have eye wrinkles, but they're not as apparent due to the skin's thickening. I am on my second bottle and am still seeing improvement. The most noticable change has been in my neck area. I started using Hydroderm a month ago. I really never expected it to work but it does. I tried it only because of the "free trial" but honestly, my skin looks better than it has in years. I used it four times a day, just 4-5 drops to forehead, lip area in outsides of eyes. I massage it in and wipe off the excess in 10 mins or so and go on with my usual light make up.

I ordered the Hydroderm sample and loved the product. I have been using it now for a few months and my lines have completly disappeared. I took a portrait last month (end of march 2005) and comparing my photos with previous ones, what a difference! I look much younger now than I did 15 yrs ago. (I am now 44 yrs) Everyone is asking me what my secret is, and I have recommended this product to them. They love it!

I ordered and have been using this product for one week. Prior to using Hydroderm I had other products which were doing swell, my skin looked hydrated and healthy. Since using the Hydroderm product over the last week I have noticed that the serum creates a moisture barrier, not allowing moisturizers to penetrate into the skin. My skin actually looks worse than it did a week ago, it looks dehydrated even with the moisturizer that I purchased from Hydroderm. I have a good diet and hydrate often. So far I can't recommend this product to anyone. I will continue to give it a go for another week, but today I returned to my old products just to test the absorption rate of my skin. It was like a sponge, starved!

I used hyrdoderm - lip plumper and I faced an allergic reaction . My lower jaw (just like the other one) became red and itchy, my lips became dehydrated severely.
