Good Points: Thumbnails.
Bad Points: Unreliable, Slow to boot up.
General comments: It's actually the earlier DZM380E I bought. I found the software interface difficult to use, so didn't use it much. Unfortunatetly after about 10 hours use, it suddenly stopped working, and being past its 12 month guarantee, Hitachi refused to assist; They wrote back inferring that because their equipment can break at any time, regardless of usage, they would not help. The repair was going to cost £265, so I decided to switch brands.
