I ordered 2 products which have failed to be delivered. I have been speaking with their customer services via e-mail and on the telpephone. You need to fill in a claim form before they will even trace your parcel - the e-mail arrives but with no form attached, so you can't fill it in. This story ended happily after all since I got my refund. I had paid my order via paypal so I opened a dispute there. I also wrote to Help Me Lookfantastic site at Facebook and told about the dispute. The very next day they had refunded me the payment and closed the dispute. They also answered my facebook message and apologised the delay. I'm happy that I got finally my money back but nevertheless I will never ever again order anything from lookfantastic.

Lookfantastic.com was originally a family owned and run company. Just over a year ago it was acquired by The Hut Group - www.thehutgroup.com/our-websites - and has since become one of many sites that they now operate. All fulfilment is dealt with by their head office in Northwich, Cheshire. The emphasis is now on increasing a portfolio of websites rather than ensuring that the service they provide via each site is up to par. You have made a good start to post a review here but I would also recommend posting in a hair/beauty forum or even just “tweeting”. Advertises products at bargain prices ... but then refuses to deliver them. Then claims to have refunded you without having done so. Deletes items from your order (after having sent a complete order confirmation) without contacting you.
