You need to fill in a claim form before they will even trace your parcel - the e-mail arrives but with no form attached, so you can't fill it in. This story ended happily after all since I got my refund. I had paid my order via paypal so I opened a dispute there. I also wrote to Help Me Lookfantastic site at Facebook and told about the dispute. The very next day they had refunded me the payment and closed the dispute. They also answered my facebook message and apologised the delay. I'm happy that I got finally my money back but nevertheless I will never ever again order anything from lookfantastic.

Lookfantastic.com was originally a family owned and run company. Just over a year ago it was acquired by The Hut Group - www.thehutgroup.com/our-websites - and has since become one of many sites that they now operate. All fulfilment is dealt with by their head office in Northwich, Cheshire. The emphasis is now on increasing a portfolio of websites rather than ensuring that the service they provide via each site is up to par. You have made a good start to post a review here but I would also recommend posting in a hair/beauty forum or even just “tweeting”. I do hope you are able to recover your postage costs but it is, sadly, highly unlikely.

I'm having problems with them too. It's the first site I've had problems with. Everyone else has delivered my orders reliably. Wish I had heeded the reviews but I couldn't find another site that delivered butter London to Asia. Order placed 2 weeks ago but still not dispatched. No response to my 2 emails so far. “Advertises products at bargain prices ... but then...”
Visit www.lookfantastic.comAdvertises products at bargain prices ... but then refuses to deliver them. Then claims to have refunded you without having done so. Deletes items from your order (after having sent a complete order confirmation) without contacting you. I can fully understand that sometimes certain items are sold out - but I have never shopped at any webstore besides Lookfantastic that doesn't contact the customer to offer a replacement product or the possibility to cancel the rest of the order if that happens....
