    Bad service and a can't bothered approach. To be honest I wouldnt both with these people..... they used to be good but have not lost the game to the likes of some of the other sites around. Feelunique were cheaper and far more customer friendly last time i used them.

    Having placed an order I now notice that on the site two of the Decleor items are reduced in price. I haven't even received the goods yet but Customer Services have said there will always be some customers who have ordered just before the sale and who will unfortunately miss out on the Sale prices. Not good enough Lookfantastic, will go elsewhere.

    Ordered Aveda shampoos from Lookfantastic. Payment was taken and confirmation sent to my inbox - all fine and quick. BUT goods have not been packaged, dispatched nor (unsurpringly) delivered. No communication has been received from the company regarding when the goods will be despatched, or if there is a delay in sourcing the products, etc.
    The website says that goods should be despatched the next working day taking 3-5 working days to arrive. It has been two weeks now and despite leaving 2 mes ...

    I`m very pleased with LookFantastic. The delivery is very fast (to Denmark!) and the prices are low compared to the prices here.

    Lookfantastic have a large range of products, good prices but slow delivery and really bad customer services which has lead to me choosing another website to buy my hair products from and they have been fantastic

    Lookfantastic.com have a great range of products which sets them apart from others on the internet. Was surprised to find products for Black customers, which can be quite rare. It can be quite difficult to find Afro- hair products. Can always find a discount code to use which is always a bonus and makes my purchasing happier even if it is just a small amount off the order. Have received a free gift or sample with every purchase, all of which I have used and then purchased.

    Ordered item at 2pm on the Thursday and recieved them at 11am the next morning, wow! Thats quick, best value on the net. Absolutely brilliant site will use again.

    I placed an order with look fantastic.com for some hair products that were recommended to me. As I have only received them this morning, I can't comment on the products themselves yet, but the quick and easy process of ordering them from this company was very satisfying. I ordered them late Saturday evening and they arrived first thing Tuesday morning (today). The Fast delivery and good service encountered means I will certainly be back for more. Recommended to all who are considering a purchase ...

    Look Fantastic is a fantastic website, for all the hair and beauty products you may find hard to get hold of in the shops.

    Delivery is usually next day, and if not, they email you to let you know when the goods will be arriving.

    All parcels have arrived, safely and very well packaged, to avoid leaks and spills.

    Dealing with Customer Service is a pleasant experience. Shopping on-line is also great as they very often give you discounts for buying more than one item.

    For hair products you can't beat Lookfantastic. Well laid out, easy to use, fab discounts and 10 out of 10 for customer service. I use them to buy shampoos usually but have just bought some excellent straighteners from them. T3 Mark 2s for under £87!
