    Good Points: Fantastic food.
    Nice atmosphere.
    Helpful and knowledgable staff.
    Plenty of choice for vegetarians.
    Affordable.

Bad Points: None, it's a great restaurant!

General comments: Cochin serves usual and interesting dishes originating from South India. The food is cooked to an excellent standard, and portion sizes are good too.

The staff are helful and will happily describe dishes and advise on accompaniments.

Cochin is busy most days, and booking is a good idea, unlike other good places, the standard of food and service does not deteriorate even on their busiest evenings.

Refreshingly, there is plenty of choice the menu for vegetarians, and their 'specialism' is seafood and fish.

Cochin - Mid-week visit so although full, not over-bearingly so.

Staff willing to discuss choices. Service prompt. Excellent starters and main courses. This place specialises in South Indian seafood but there are meat choices as well. Don't miss the rice pancakes!

Helping sizes looked only moderate but we left the place comfortably full.
