“HM Passport office - why use these clowns?”

In my passport application I asked HM passport office not to use a courier as only Royal Mail has a key to access the gated community where I live, what did they do? Send it via courier! But not just any courier, the worst courier I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I received a letter today saying delivery was attempted for my urgent passport, a lie as they could not get near my property. “Worst courier services”

Hi, Terrible service. Passport supposed to be delivered. No option to return to send which would be more convenient. I can't redeliver for days, no depot to go pickup item from as this would be easier. Oh and cost me 10 pounds for service which is more than Royal Mail special delivery. “Aggressive delivery service”

This company were delivering a bed stead to me which was an identical bed to one I had delivered in March by another company. I live in a sixth floor flat, but there are two efficient lifts available. The delivery in March was efficient and the guys were polite. The DX delivery this morning was both incomplete and felt aggressive. “No Delivery attempt, I paid for premium Saturday delivery”

Paid extra for delivery of Saturday. On their tracking states that item is on its way to me from their depot. I wait all day and then mid afternoon write an email. I eventually get an email back saying my delivery is scheduled for Monday. So they lie on their tracking in order to keep premium from Debenham Plus for Saturday delivery, don't apologise for not delivering on time, moreover I get told I can have my Saturday delivery premium back like they are doing me a favour. I was waiting at home for delivery when I received a text claiming delivery had failed. No one had rung the fully functioning buzzer or called. Our flat is in a property staffed by two porters no one spoke to them or rang on their clearly labelled fully functioning buzzer either. They clearly never attempted delivery. “Didn't deliver and didn't follow the delivery instructions”

Bought an item from Wiggle who are usually very good but this time the DX were the delivery option. They ignored the delivery instructions of delivering to a neighbour, the card left was totally blank and the tracking number on it was not registered at all to my delivery. Terrible service. 6 days to deliver my passport. Delivery date got changed daily. Cannot give estimated delivery times. Do they expect working people to take a full week off work to wait in anticipation. I will NEVER EVER use this company again. Unhelpful and terribly slow. “Apostille document”

I needed to get a document legalised for a visa application for my new job abroad. The original document cost 80 pounds, the apostille cost 34.50. Altogether a cost of 114.50. DX said that they delivered it and it was signed for. However, I have received no calling card and my mum is adamant that she has not signed for any documents. I have read the other reviews and the score 0.9/5 said it all. 2 passports delivered by Royal mail no problem. The third to be delivered by this company, still waiting, the website states that the courier will leave a card if not delivered, not true received a letter saying they could not deliver and have tried to deliver. I am so tired of unfriendly or even slightly aggressive couriers. What happened to customers service skills, even if your job is stressful? This is the second time I have been subjected to DX because the HM passport office insists on using them and I have been disappointed both times. Indeed, this time they are meant to deliver three items and all three have been inexplicably delayed. Useless company failed to deliver my passport on two occasions and failed to update or notify me on both occasions. They rely almost entirely on an automated customer service system via web and phone and it is is hugely frustrating. I am awaiting expensive bespoke metalwork to be delivered by this comedy crew. Didn't turn up on the day given. After endless attempts to get through to their depot, I was told the driver was having a bad day (bless!)in the traffic. I suggested they bought the order fir thign next day. They haven't. And the depot isn't answering the phone. Most amusingly, the supplier of the goods has a mobile for one of DX's managers, we got him to ring the depot - he can't get through. DX Delivery: "The best kept secret in parcel delivery" = "Shhh, don't tell anyone how terrible we are at delivering your parcels." Waited in all day last Wednesday for a new bank card - nothing. Something is wrong with this comapany for so long. This isnt the first time for me with DX. Having said that I never chose them. I m expecting my Biometric card delivery. I woke up since 7am today. There was no knocking nor ringing door bells. Only when i came downstair i found this card dated 3 A , i suppose that meant 3rd April 2015. “Had letter 1 week later saying they tried to deliver! ”

I Got letter from dx saying they tried to deliver a package and it was urgent .. They never left a note when they tried to Deliver ! Don't think they did as I was home all day by the door !! Went to dx building to collect i had to stand 10 Mins outside the locked building ringing the buzzard like crazy being told to hold on hold on!
