I might try quick setting jel next time. Easy to use and good fun. I have found a source for refills! character-online.com do a pack of 6 refills for £4.99 including postage. My oldest does not like the taste of the sweets, but still enjoys making them. (read more)

I did online research and may be able to make my own gummy mix from jello and gelatin. We'll see. I need to do research to find the superfine/sweet sugar and tart sugar.

Overall this is a great product, very well made. I wish they had all of the characters faces in the molds. Only Scooby, Shaggy and the van are included along with other "groovy" molds.

I would only recommend if homemade gummies work out. (read more)
