    Good Points: Good atmosphere. Stalls all excellent. Far better than we expected


    Bad Points: We found the Germans in the street quite ignorant just barging past us with no manners. Although any others we met serving us etc where all lovely.


    General comments: Great for a short break, Cologne German Christmas markets excellent with great atmosphere, great food and drink. Easy to get to from the airport, trainstation underneath airport, simply get onto a train and 10 mins later you are right in the centre of the city next to the cathederal and one of the main market. First time we had done anything like this but will definetly be doing it again.

    Lovely place magnificent buildings. Go to markets after 6pm when tourists go back to hotels. Families then come out and it is marvellous. Choirs of children etc. Stayed at Collner Hof hotel very good. Been to Cologne Christmas market 3 times.
