A Lazy Cooks Christmas by Mo Smith really appealed to me as I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to cooking and thought Christmas is as good a time as any to start... nothing like throwing yourself in at the deep end! Well the content itself is great, there's some fantastic ideas in here on how to entertain big groups of people such as Soup and Mince Pie parties, with emphasis on preparation as key.
