  Good Points: Packaging is good.

  Bad Points: This printer sucks.

  General comments: I purchased a HP 6110XI printer(all-in-one) at Milpits Costco about 17 months back. The printer doesn't work. When I contacted the service center, they mentioned that the motor was defective. No body other than my daughter studying 8th grade uses this printer. We did not print more than 20 pages in the life of this printer. HP customer support are not very helpful in fixing the problem. I decided not to purchase HP products in my life.
