    I bought two slip covers for a couch and chair from Smart Bargains, they didnt fit, and were exceptionally cheaply made. I was not happy at all, knowing I would have to pay $20 out of pocket to return them. Once I sent them back through UPS I waited and waited for the credit back to my account. It never came. And although I provided a valid ups tracking number they denied ever recieving my return. Now I am out over $100. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I placed order with Smart Bargains for a pressure cooker which was supposed to come 5 pieces and they sent just 4. I sent back to replace my merchandise and the second was missed 2 pieces again.

    I've bought a lot of stuff from these guys, and I've never had any trouble. On occasions they have mucked up some orders but they also rectify it.

    I always check Smart Bargains first when looking for something. And if I don't find what I want, I keep checking back, since the stock is constantly changing!! I'm a Smart Bargains-aholic!!

    I placed an order and was in the process of moving, but the site had given me an estimated arrival date so I decided to ship it to my current address. After I hit submit, the site then gave me a shipment date of over a week and a half later, which is when I was supposed to have been in my new home over 400 miles away. I immediately sent an email to Smart Bargains customer service to have them change my shipping address (I couldn't find the phone number on the site to call them). They didn't r ...

    Anyone who wants the best quality at very reasonable prices, which are easy to order and arrive quickly, will be very surprised, pleased, satisfied, and will recommend Smart Bargins.

    Smart Bargains provide no technical help, you can't delete items from the cart, so you cannot checkout after your shopping is done.

    Never buy anything from SmartBargins (www.smartbargains.com)...... below standard products are only available at their store.
    They show in the product picture a very good quality of product, but when you will receive it actually the product will be below standard and you will never like to use that product.
    Their return policy is full with hassel, so you will finally decide to through the piece of junk you got from SmartBargains.com.

    I ordered some sheets from SmartBargins and specifically designated that they be sent to a different address and they were sent to that address and also were sent to my address. Now I am obligated to send the second set of sheets that were sent to my address back at my expense and wait for a refund for 4-7 weeks...NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

    If you order from www.smartbargins.com, be sure it's exactly what you want or you will end up in a whirlwind of contacting UPS and Smartbarging, and both saying they are not responsible for the package. I order items on 9/30/03, Smartbargins received and signed for the items (CLIFFORD) on 10/15/2003. Today is 10/29/2003 and the item have only been partially returned and still no credit to my account. I'm very upset with the entire site and will not order from them again. The managers could no ...
