“Scrooge is a rich man, but he is also mean to everyone...”

Scrooge is a rich man, but he is also mean to everyone around him. When his nephew Fred, the only family member he has, ever so kindly invites him to spend the next day with him and his wife, Scrooge turns him down flat. Also, Scrooge (rather hypocritically) says to Fred that falling in love is the only thing sillier than a Merry Christmas. This movie is good as a substitute for the 1951 movie Scrooge or a read-aloud of the original book. This can acquaint kids with the story without boring… Read Full Review
