    Good Points: It was first shown on Channel 4 late on Christmas Eve in 1982 and was an immediate success.


    General comments: The Snowman book is wordless, as is the film except for the song "Walking in the Air". The story is told through picture, action and music.
    This film is a classic and i remember watching it as a child.

    The Snowman is perfect for those cold and rainy days where you can sit on the sofa with a duvet and a cup of hot chocolate. This movie is a good family movie that you and your family will enjoy. The songs in this movie are superb and are even sung nowadays even though this film was made in the 1980's.

    This movie must be watched because it is one of the biggest christmas movie hits that is a classic.
