    I really had a bad experience with them. I would never recommend it. My contract had expired and I wanted to disconnect the service since I left UK. And I had to go through a lot of painful process to do it. They also charge exorbitant rates if you are not extremely careful with the usage. I would advise: Never take it!!

    Good service when you are buying or upgrading but absolutely shocking customer care and support afterwards.
    I have tried to register for their email service..I had to make a complaint to even report that their online email registration service doesnt work.
    Was eventually called back and told that it would be several days before that service was back up...possibly a week!
    Orange lost the plot about 8 years ago...I only use them as they have coverage where I live.
    Frankly I think you can do better ...

    I used to be with Tesco Pay as you Go and never had a signal problem. Now I'm with Orange, cannot get a signal in my house, and when phoning other Orange users, we get cut off every few minutes. As soon as my contract is over (about one year to go... groan), I'm going back to good old Tescos.

    Ordered my phone they said i would get it thursday but instead it came Friday it was still very fast delivery.

    It took 24 hours to activate the sim card.
    Orange say it will take seven days to add my first topup credit even though I payed for topup the same time I ordered the phone.
    So nearly one week after I got my phone activated i can only recieve I have no credit and my first credit I added has not gone on it yet. it took lots of calls to be told i have to wait seven days. ...

    I have been with orange around 6 years now. I used to be happy but not for the past year. The website often has problems when i try to sign in, my sony ericsson k850i has been sent back to them, they won't give me a different handset even though i am not happy with it, customer service are unhelpful when i ring to inform them that YET AGAIN the phone is switching itself off and the touch screen buttons are sticking.     Excellent customer service and 3g services
    I am on a sim only deal with orange and there 3g services like tv and Internet is very good you get loads of mins on contract, or on a sim only deal. There uk customer service is very very good and helpful I would recommend them.

    I have been with Orange and www.orange.co.uk for a period of five years now. Saying this, I know that it is going to end now. On numerous occasions I feel Orange Customer Service have let me down. But this time it is just one time too many. Last year in June I was running around from institution to institution to finish everything on time before going away to Australia for one year.     Rubbish signal. Wife is on O2 which is strong but Orange is very poor compared to other networks. When I rang them they said it was a temporary problem. That was 3 months ago! I won't be buying Orange again, Don't remember them being this bad before?

    My Family have 6 cell phones which I administer, using the On-line service is impossible. Too slow! unusable!

    The quality of the phone service in the UK is very good, I have every confidence that as time goes by the website will improve.

    have used Orange for years and years. Trying to get a business phone replaced or fixed (K810i which they have admitted has had a lot of problems), but they won't replace and don't get back to me with a fix. Didn't they used to be so good in the olden days?

    I ordered my phone from this shop and am still waiting, I've called their customer service about 100 times and they just fob me off. basically they are saying that the phone is on its way and I should get it in the next day or so. The only thing is they have been telling me this for the last 3 weeks. I have cancelled my old contract and am now getting concerned that these jokers are going to let me down and I will be without a phone.

    theorangeshop. I can hardly believe that I have had such bad service, ordered and paid for a phone on orangeshop sent emails from them to say it was on its way. Then sent email to say it was out of stock ,rang company and was told it may be discontinued, asked for order to be cancelled , then I was cut off. Rang customer services to speak to a supervisor was cut off again by operator. Rang again to speak and nothing so far done. To early to tell if I have been refunded. Unbelievably bad.

    Like previous reviews have said, the coverage is rubbish. Now the signal has gone down for 6 days. I emailed Orange to ask them if they were going to put in another mast and they said no.

    I will never purchase another Orange phone or use them as an ISP. As far as I am concerned they are now the worst mobile phone provider in the country.

    Orange used to be great - but not these days. The poor signal wherever I go (and I travel in the UK lots and noticed it pretty much everywhere) verges on unusable. Seriously, this once excellent mobile phone provider has gone to the dogs.

    Orange have very bad customer service they have lied and passed the buck. You can never get to speak to any one who really knows what is going on.

    Its always worth phoning up and seeing if they can do you a "special deal", I've received 2 heavily reduced phones this way whilst buying upgrades.

    Delivery is prompt, 9 times out of 10 when they say it will be.

    The Orange Care Insurance is excellent value, the 3 times when I've had to use the insurance I've had a replacement phone by 9am the next day.

    I agree with the other review of Orange's onlie shop, delivery isn't great! But they're value for money and instore service in both sheffields stores are good. There customer services are always there to help on the phone, unlike other companies such as 02. I refered a mate to them and he's a lot happier than with O2 and Virgin!

    You would think that a multibillion pound company such as Orange would be concerned with delivery but I guess not. It claims that it will be delivered 2-5 days but it's always longer. It hacks me off when large companies do this and think it's ok. They have your money so they couldn't careless if their product reaches you in time. I ordered mine and got it on the 6th day which was too late for what I wanted it for. I'm never using them again.
