    Good Points: The food
    Pools
    The bar staff
    Most staff were friendly
Maid service, although on the last day she took our quilts and the reception didn't understand us and firstly gave us fleecy quilts and then give us sheets! We told the reception once again and we were told the maid will give us a quilt tomorrow and then we told him were going tomorrow and he said oh okay then! So we slept with no quilts, it was cold!

    Bad Points: The hills!
Not much to do in the night time
    Some staff couldn't understand us

General comments: Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, 1-11th July 2008! We went half board!
Once or twice I saw some insects, but other than that the pools were very clean, the food was good sometimes repetitive. Often missed breakfast as we over slept!
The bar Yaiza on the ground floor had good shows and good cocktails, loved happy hours, buy one get one free!
Most nights me and my boyfriend went to Las Americas for the night life which was really good!
The taxi drivers were sneaky, it would have the price of the fare and then they would click a button and it would go up by about 2 euros.
I recommend you go out to veronicas in Las Americas. Go to aqua land which is really good and see the dolphin show. Book it with the shop by the supermarket at the top of the hill as the hotel charge too much!
Loro park looks really good but we didn't go.
If you want to go out for a meal go to Little Italy and Alto they are both really nice!

Just back from a 1 week half board stay at the Paradise Park in Los Christianos.Hard to find fault with the place - Staff were very friendly and helpful, daily maid service was outstanding (new towels etc., EVERY day!). Restaurant was super with a large varied menu every day (on two evenings there was even a two piece 'Mariachi' band serenading the diners!)The roof area is great for sunbathing, you can even have a dip in the pool or one of the two spa baths. The evening in-house entertainment was ...

Spent a week in Paradise Park, no way is this a 4 star hotel. The food was the same every night. Although a good selection was on offer the quality was poor. Waiters were not very nice, especially if we didn't order expensive drinks. The restaurant was like a school canteen, noisy and a lot of hustle and bustle, people walking in between tables that were positioned too close together, we couldn't wait to get out!. The evening entertainment was poor, again drinks in the bars very expensive compar ...

This was the worst holiday I have ever had. The staff were very rude and unhelpful in everything. Problems with the room which did not get sorted. The food was the same everyday and by the end of holiday the thought of the food made me feel ill. The evening entertainment was terrible. Waiters get cheesed off if you don't order lots of drink with evening meals - one told said Merry Christmas when we didn't order (even though was in Feb !!)

We had a Double Room at the Paradise Park Hotel, Los Cristianos with lounge and it was spotless and the maid service was excellent. Asked for a room with a pool view and that's what I got with a lovely view of sea and mountains as well. Everything worked, toilet, hot water, TV, etc. contrary to reviews I had read. The room wasn't dated like it had been suggested, certainly was very nice for Spanish standards indeed. The food was of excellent quality and only as repetitive as other hotels I have ...

Good value for money if you can obtain a good deal and not pay brochure price.

We were a little apprehensive after we read some of the reviews we found online about the Paradise Park Hotel in Los Cristianos, but these worries disappeared quickly the longer we enjoyed the hospitality of the Hotel and Tenerife as a whole.

As first time travellers to the Canary Islands we were not sure what to expect, but we had a marvellous time.

First of all, the Hotel was in walking distance to the beach, (about 15 minutes down hill). There was a free minibus as well, so if walking ...

The whole package is just value for money the rooms are clean some need updating but they are slowly doing this but when i go on holiday i just sleep in my room the holiday. it is the public areas which count you just can not beat the reception area.
Most of the staff have a little English so its easy to order things if you do have a problem the hotel seem to do every thing in there power to sort it out. My wife and I have been to this hotel for the last ten years and have made some great frien ...

The rooms at the Paradise Park Hotel in Los Cristianos are a bit on the small side, and there are some with poor views, but there are also some with lovely views. The hotel has good overall facilities.

We would probably stay there again, but we would ask for a room change.

The paradise Park Hotel in Los Cristianos was a good hotel and well worth a visit. My wife and I with some friends have been twice and have booked again in June. The free coach to and from the beach is very good, but a taxi is only a few euros. The drinks in the hotel, like most hotels, can be expensive, but the resident singer in the upstairs bar is worth the little extra. The rooms were clean and tidy, and it is well worth joining the AMEGOS CLUB if you intend to go back, as this gives you a l ...

Be aware there are two categories of rooms at this hotel. We booked a suposidly 4-star holiday and were allocated an apartment near the childrens pool. The room was dirty, seedy and a far cry from the 4-star we were promised. The hotel staff would offer no alternative room and weren't the slightest bit interested, and just refered us to COSMOS, who unfortunately were of a similar disposition. The good rooms seemed to be allocated to those without children. The reason soon became apparent as the ...

We have just spent 2 weeks at the Paradise Park and found it a very good hotel, there was a little building work going on on the roof and updating the apartments, but this didn't really cause us any grief. The food was excellent and very good value for money, so much to choose from each day. The Hotel pool was warm enough for the childeren to swim in but the pool in the adjoining water park was very cold and also quite salty. We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the whole complex and the staff w ...

Los Cristianos, Paradise Park Hotel - This hotel is great for couples (I`m 19 and my boyfriend is 22), it has everything you could ever wish for. As I mentioned above, the pools, food and rooms are great. The only thing I regret is that I didn`t get to go in the spa pools next to the hotel because I didn`t realise we could use them, as it was a seperate building. So I am upset about that as they looked very nice to use. The beach was nice to go to and there are some great excursions, I went on a ...

Have just returned from Tenerife staying at Paradise Park Hotel on 21st June 2005. My 13 year old son, 11 year old daughter and my husband and me had a fantastic two week holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there is plenty to do onsite. The buffet style restaurant offers fantastic quality and value for money. The entertainment is good and there are a wide variety of holidaymakers there. I recommend the Bella Rosa Italian restaurant behind the resort its food is outstanding ...

Overall I had a great holiday at Paradise Park Hotel and we would go back. We were lucky to have a pool facing apartment. Works were going on around us but it wasn't a problem. The main supermarket was 10 mins away but there was a good supplying supermarket 2 mins away from hotel. I would highly recommend Coy Restaurant on the hill facing hotel; the food was to die for and the service first class. There was loads of stuff for the children to do and the entertainment staff were busy most of t ...

The Paradise Park Hotel is in the Cosmos brochure as 4* and the apartments as 3* We booked an apartment as self-catering. A few weeks after booking we were sent a letter by Cosmos to say that there was building work near the hotel but it shouldn't affect our holiday. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm and first impressions going into reception were very good. We had requested a pool view when we booked. When we got to our apartment we opened the curtains to see the view from the balcony and were h ...
