    Good Points: Good sized pool
    Cleaners came often and left the room spotless


    Bad Points: Owners not friendly - felt like an inconvenience.
    Waited 4 days for light bulb to be changed, despite asking several times. Washing facilities very small.
    No entertainment.


    General comments: Mary Apartments - This was our first family holiday and were really looking forward to it. Zante is undoubtably a beautiful island and we would definitely go back but no way would stay at the Mary Apartments. The owners were not very friendly. In fact they were rude. My 3 year old daughter dropped some ice cream by the pool and the owner came out shouting and swearing in Greek. We waited 4 days for a light bulb to be changed, despite asking the owner nicely several times. In the end, we had to approach our rep. The water in our apartment was forever turning off. There was 1 bbq in the 2 weeks we stayed. When we arrived there was someone else in our apartment so we had to wait for them to move, then for the cleaners to go in. We did have a good holiday as we spent most of our time out and about. We made friends with other people staying at the hotel who were also miffed at the unwelcoming reception received by the owners.
