    I just spent a week in The Arkadianos with my husband and 2 year old. It was late Sept and very quiet.
    We went 'self-catered' and were happy with our room, really pleased wth the location, right on the beach, and found the whole holiday to be easy and relaxed. We were put in a room on the 3rd floor the first night.It had an amazing veiw of the ocean, but we decided to move to the ground floor as I am pregnant and there is no lift. The staff were really helpful and friendly, our rooms were cleaned everyday.
    If I had one gripe it wpud be that the 'self-catering' equipment was a bit stingy, no sharp knife, limited pots. But I'm sure if you asked for anything they would happily find it for you.
    If you are expecting Butlins you will be disappointed, if you need a base to explore the wonderful island and restaurants you will be satisfied. We will return for sure.

    how arkadianos hotel got three stars is amazing.the food was awful, the rooms were terrible, we did not have any running water for four days. We were moved on five occasios and all the rooms are as bad, and the smell!!!Do not go all inclusive we had to eat out every day, but if you like cold chips and yesterdays pasta you should be ok. everywhere in the hotel was dirty and the staff are rude and unhelpful.

    If I was to go again to Arkadianos Apartments in Agios Sostis, I would go self catering and eat in the near by restaurants which do lovely meals, as that is what we had to do most of the time, even though we went all inclusive.

    Overall I would recommend the Arkadianos Apartments to all my friends, which I have done, they have been and enjoyed it, even been back twice in the same year. It is good for families and young couples.

    If you are looking for a quite holiday, then the Arkadianos Apartments in Zakynthos will be the place for you, but I would not recommend it if you like a bit of nightlife.

    The room was dingy, and the reception smelled of sewage constantly. It was over 45 degrees every day, and we had no choice but to buy the air conditioning at a price of 100 Euros for 2 weeks, which is £70!! How ridiculous! The safe was 20 Euros, and you didn't even get any money back for that. You are 120 Euros down b ...

    Arkadianos Apartments - Well where do I start, been to Arkadianos two years running now, mostly because of the location and the people.
    The hotel is situated over a small and quiet road from a small beach where the waters are perfect for young children as they are so shallow and calm, the hotel itself is kept clean and tidy and if anything goes wrong the staff are willing to sort it out for you.

    The position of the Arkadianos Apartments is perfect for a nice family holiday. It is far enough out of Laganas so that you don't have to be bothered by all the noise, but close enough if you would like to walk into the resort and enjoy the nightlife. The Apart/Hotel is very nice; the staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a nice restaurant, but is surrounded by lots of other restaurants so you have a choice. It also has a pub attached to it, the Wild Rose, which is very family friendly ...
