I Bought Something From Herbal Fusions About A Wee
I bought something from Herbal Fusions about a week ago and still the delivery hasn't come. I know that isn't a really long time but I know that I'm not going to get my order because they have taken my money already even though the order status has been saying 'Processing' for a week. They shouldn't be allowed to take your money until you've received your order or until it's been sent off!

Atrocious Customer Service - Goods Paid For Were N
Atrocious customer service - goods paid for were not received - sent 5 emails chasing so far no response. Rang their helpline and spoke to one of their 'representatives' who was both unhelpful and extremely rude who said the owner (refused to give a name) would call me back....I'm not holding my breath and think I've just flushed good money down the toilet for some one else to use.

My goods from Herbal Fusion arrived within 2 days, for which I think they should take a pat on the back. Companies don't bother with the customer once they have you're money, but Herbal Fusion customer services kept me well informed on the progress of my order, and provided me with a tracking reference, which meant I knew exactly where my package was. If I ever do business with them again I know I'm dealing with a reliable company.

Herbal Fusion www.herbalfusion.co.uk - Terrible customer service - it appears to be almost impossible to get your money back for any item returned - I have been waiting for a refund for goods returned a month ago - they appear to be ignoring my e-mailed enquiries about what is happening with this. I will never use them again!

www.herbalfusion.co.uk had terrible customer service. Did not want to refund me even though the product did not work. Save your money.
On the contrary my experience with the company was quite a pleasant one. The staff were very professional, I got regular updates on my order via e-mail and the goods arrived in 2 days. They are quite a decent company. I'm sure if you had a chat with the Manager they would have sorted something out.
