Good Points: Kazaa is a really good page to download.
Bad Points: However in my opinion it is too slow to load.
General comments: If you could speed up the downloads then Kazaa would be great in my opinion and the best Music Download & Video Sites on the web.

I would have liked to give it a real whirl, but the indication was that viruses came with the free download.

I am looking for a different site that has the same style of setup that Kazaa has. I think Napster and such are crazy with their charges for downloading a song. No way I will pay $30 for downloading 30 songs on a CD.

When I downloaded this to use I had loads of viruses when I got the software, then everytime I got a song a also had a virus there slogan should be "get a song and then get a virus free!!" I would not recommend this to anyone and I also out to pay loads of money for the viruses to be wiped.

Kazaa www.kazaa.com - The best thing is it's free. However, I do suggest paying the $29 for Kazaa Plus so you can eliminate the trojans that come with the free version.

Kazaa is ok if you're looking for a specific and popular song by a known artist. If you're plugging an artist's name in randomly to find stuff you don't have then good luck. Kazaa only returns a set number of items and will mostly provide duplicate albums held by loads of different people. It doesn't continue searching until you get a comprehensive list or hang about until someone logs on and then show you those items - which other, similar sites will do. Kazaa is a great program for downloading music films etc for the web. This is mainly because it's free and seems to have more stuff than anywhere else. If you're looking for rare B sides, Live performances or Bootlegs look no further. Unfortunately such behaviour appears to more than bend copyright laws, I not been charged and I think their current plan is to target the people that upload not download.
