Good Points: Excellent service over the last six years since we discovered them.

Bad Points: Cannot think of any.

General comments: After much frustration with slow hosting which we were assured time and time again was above average, plus no contact between 5pm and 9am it was a revelation to discover Titan Internet. They handled the changeover impeccably dealing with considerable awkwardness by our previous hosting company. We gained a vastly superior service at a fraction of the cost with 24hr cover and daily, not weekly backups we had before changing.
We currently have twenty-nine domains on Titan individual hosting packages and are in the process of extending this dramatically.
I have no hesitation in recommending Titan Internet for all round quality, value for money and speed.
Our core website enjoys over 400 first positions on Google with 1200 first page listings.

Titan Internet web hosting was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago, and I doubt I'll ever look back again.

I have worked with a few hosting providers in the past, but never found any service like this. Emails get answered within hours on Saturday nights, usually minutes during working hours.
