    Good Points: Worst hosting copany, no good points.


    Bad Points: They don't know what there doing, they made me an ecommerce web site that never worked.


    General comments: They were terrible, they build my website and it never work after 2 years it still does not work I have not gotten a single sale because the shopping card has an error, it shows error 101, at the end of the sale, cancelling the sale. I'm so mad and disappointed because they won't refund my money, and can't fix the problem. Their technical support was nonexistent, didn't know what there doing.

    Many bad points from my experience:(1) A Plus were too expensive for my personally, I had my card blocked by my bank(2) I gave up some domains and 1 year after they wanted to charge me for renewal as far as I am aware(3) despite my reclamations and complaints, I wasn't able to solve the charges yet in my opinion(4) unhelpful staff as far as I am concerned from my experience(5) they put Google ads on hosted sites(6) very complicated system for me personally therefore I do not recommend this web h ...

    I will recommend A Plus hosting only if you have enough patience to fight everyday for something. Not very good hosting. The customer support can't seem to answer my questions because they are outsourcing and they don't know the details of the hostign CP.

    I finally got billed; as you can see below:
    One thousand two hundred five dollars and ten cents - and one suspended
    account.
    That is the price I am paying for trying to help.
    Its amazing how it is easier to get rid of someone who tries to point out
    the mistakes than it is to fix them.

    When I signed up for my account I was really happy, after watching the flash presentation, what came to my mind was - "Wow i am dealing with one, if not, the best dedicated shell providers out there"

    I purchased their value server since Jan 2007, it has been a total nightmare, I had a call from Customer Care and they promised me my issues will be resolved either by upgrading my server or a refund but a couple of months later they said that they are not going to do anything and that I am basically at a loss.

    I used to host with A Plus web hosting. I chose to change hosting companies. I cancelled with Aplus.net and then they still went ahead and charged me for another year's worth of hosting, even though I had cancelled and my site was being hosted with someone else. They would not refund my money.

    I have just had a totally horrible experience with Aplus. In the end it cost me over a thousand dollars to save my client's domain. I am preparing a class action suit. To view the details check out my blog at aplus-webhosting.com.

    I use them to host my business website, and it's been generally fast (visit tufat.com to see approx how fast a database-generated website loads). The plans are expensive compared to other hosts. However, A Plus are a good host overall.

    Don't go near A Plus. You'll be sorry. If you do use them. Watch your bills, they will charge you for things you have never received. They charged me for a year for a backup service they never installed.

    Aplus.net review

    I have a folder in Outlook where I keep 3 things:

    1) the alerts sent to me from www.Montastic.com - this tells me when the server hosted by aplus.net goes down.

    2) my correspondences with support@aplus.net, letting them know that my server is down.

    3) My correspondences with the FTC and Better Business Bureau.

    There are 127 messages in this folder since September 2005. That pretty much says it all about my experiences. 99.5% uptime guarantee - flat out lie. Possib ...

    I host a technical website since a year back and its never gone down, and bandwidth is great . Doesn't allow adult content though (according to TOS), bear this in mind.

    I ordered a domain name on A Plus (www.aplus.net) on the 27th July 2005. During online checkout, I chose to pay with a check. On their confirmation page, there was only the mailing address where I should mail the check, but not how much my total was! It didn't mention any other fees. Later on I received an email from A Plus stating I could pay by check, but that I would have to pay an extra $5 processing fee! And once again my total balance was nowhere to be found. I had to call their toll ...

    I created an account with APlus.net to create a web page for myself. Because of time constraints with school and work, I was unable to use the space. I contacted them when my year was up and told them that I would like to not continue the use of their service because I did not have time to create and maintain a site. Weeks later I was billed the renewal cost for the site. I then spent weeks in phone calls and e-mails trying to get the money refunded to me. That was over a year ago. For the last ...
