same thing here. DON't USE EMAILACCOUNT. You have been warned
they will eventually suspend your account if you have a free one. ive used them for 4 years.
I don't know what that writetutor person is talking about friendly staff, there aren't any staff or contact or help on the site. The site has no listed contact, help, or staff. If your going to have a primary email account. don't make this one it, because you will get burned like the rest of us with no access to information i've stored for yea ...

I have had emailaccount for sev years all of a sudden tonight they booted me out and told me the same thing as the person below. I too tried to go back in and now it is no longer a free site they only want to charge you now. That is their new gimmick. How can you offer free email and now want to charge .

I liked Email Account while I had it. A few weeks ago, for no reason, I was not allowed access and told that my account was "suspended" and that I should contact my administrator. What administrator? I had important information in my account which is now lost to me and no way of contacting anyone at emailaccount.com about this.

Hard to believe, but I've used Email Account for seven years now. I have recommended it to friends. The large storage and friendly staff are two reasons I keep coming back.

They have a format now with a so-called "loading" that takes forever to load so I can access my email. Sometimes, this loading symbol just sits there and I can't access my email. Wish I could contact them. Hopefully, it will change back to when it was good.

The Emails at eMail Account (www.emailaccount.com) are easy to read. The font is a solid base and they use a yellow which actually accentuates the letters.
