    Ordered some curling tongs from Salonlines. They arrived quickly enough but failed to heat up when I went to use them. I emailed the customer service address and was told to send them back and i'd receive a full refund. Sent them back recorded deivery and they were returned to them on 19.12.08. Still waiting for my refund (07.03.09) have emailed several times and got no response. Eventually i got a response telling me they had no record of my return, even though someone signed for them. I emailed back and have had no further response and no refund. Would not use them again

    Bought FHI hair tools from Salonlines website, great price at £68 including postage. No different from GHD's - and i loved my GHD's. Next day delivery, can be gift wraped for an extra charge. Well worth the money and the good reviews.

    I ordered some GHD straighteners. They were received in under 24 hours, exactly as described. Delivery status was also confirmed via email.
    Excellent service. I would order again from Salonlines.

    Staff were helpful. I ordered a pair of hair straighteners mid morning and recieved them next day.

    Ordered on the 22nd December for Xmas gift - Said next day delivery... Got an email the next day saying out of stock and items would be ready in the new year. Waited a further two months - during this period they kept on saying the items would arrive soon. Eventually they called me up saying they had to issue a refund!

    I order my t3 hairdryer on 27/12/2008 for a new year gift for myself, not received even today, 07/01/2008. Very very very disappointed!!!!!!!! I'm going to cancel this order. Hope I can get my full refund!

    I came across www.salonlines.co.uk when I was looking for instructions on how to curl my hair with my GHD hair straightener. What I found was the answer to all of my hair and beauty needs and questions, and so felt I just had to share it, and when I saw that someone else had reviewed the website, I thought I would add my 2 pence.

    The price is of GHD hair straighteners is the best around on Salonlines website. The products are great. The service was fast and efficient. The website was easy to use.

    I ordered my T3 hair straighteners from Salonlines after calling T3 themselves. They recomended Salonlines. So I called Salonlines for a price match, which they did (£95). My T3's arrived promptly AND with a free mini break anywhere in the UK. I thought this was too good to be true, but I have booked it and am going next weekend to Scotland!
