    I would give them 0stars but it wont let it! I went to the store in chichester. The guys there were very friendly but it all went down hill as soon as i was out the store! I told them my dvd burner on my laptop was not working and needed repairing/replacment part. The offered me an external hard drive of which i stated i didnt want, i just wanted the laptop fixed. Being at university i needed my laptop back asap to carry on with work. I left my laptop on sat the guy said he would hopefully figure out what part needed ordering by monday and then i could come and collect it while waiting for the part. I rang twice on monday, both times the laptop was still being looked at and noone rang me back when they siad they would and they got very angry on the phone. So i rented another laptop from else where and left them to fix it! no one rang. being to scared to ring back after they had got angry with me i left it 10days! i then rang up and they told me the dvd burner didnt work. i had told them this 10days ago! nothing had been done! i complained to headoffice, being told that i had sais i was going to pick it up so they left it, but i was waiting on their phone call. They had not order in the part needed, they said this would be another 3week wait! headoffice then told me they would have done the job quicker had i paid them more!!!! this was never offered to me! i am yet to get my laptop back and they are refusing to give refunds for the work they havent done!

    popped into their liphook branch on my way home from work to compare their prices to PC World on the ink cartridges for my printer. Not only were they cheaper than pc world, they went on line and saw that amazon were selling them for less so agreed to match the only price on that occasion!

    I always like to shop local as I've always thought you get a better service. I bought a printer through disking and when I got it a week later it had the print head missing from the box which I was told is a common issue with printers, which I thought was fair enough these things happen.I was told by the head office I could pick up the missing print head from the local shop which was about 15mins away so I went alone to be told I can't have one and I needed to go direct to cannon and they couldn ...

    Excellent customer care from head office and quick response to queries, plus super fast delivery, all together a pleasure to buy from, would definitely purchase from Disking again.

    Shop staff are very friendly and advised me well on the system I needed, unfortunately once i left the shop in Godalming it went down hill. I contacted there website and ordered my laptop and software which i was told would be with me in approximately 5days. Just over two weeks later i haven't seem anything and, the women i spoke to at their customer services was one of the most unpleasant and unhelpful people i have ever dealt with.

    I ordered an iRiver MP3 player from Disking International. The website stated that they had them in stock when they didn't. I had to wait several weeks, with no feedback, before the player came back into stock.
    The real problems started when I had a problem with the player. I requested details of how to send it back, I got told to e-mail the refund department who only told me half the info I needed to send the player back.

    Day 1 - Placed an order at 11pm with Disking International.
    Day 2 - Goods sent out.
    Day 3 - I had the Canon S70 in my hands before lunch.

    I bought a printer/scanner at £150 fom Disking International. The goods were new and in good order. The only problem was that they were delivered a week after promised and only after I threatened to cancel the order. All is well that ends well though.

    Disking International - I bought a camcorder from this online shop, delivery was good, the goods were satisfactory, but they debited my account three times, which caused an overdraft for which I was penalised. They did refund two payments, but I had to pay the overdraft surcharge, and they refused to re-imburse me.
    The transaction has cost me more than I bargained for.
