The Goonies - classic 80's movie, and always a pleasure to watch. Basically a group of kids find a map and go on a treasure hunt to try and find the gold, so that they can protect the their house and the land it's built on.

Expect lots of mystery and puzzles to be solved, and also a gang of criminals hot on their heels. Pirates, skeletons and gadgets!

The storyline is very well written, with plenty going on. This movie caters for kids and adults alike. The acting is pretty good too.

Overall, this is a great adventure movie, great action scenes and a happy ending. I'd recommend this film any day of the week. Hey You Guys!

The Goonies is by far my all time favourite film!

It tells the story of Mickey and his friends (the Goonies). Mickey and his family have to move, as their house is being knocked down as they cannot afford to buy the land, so before he has to move they go on one last adventure. After recovering a treasure map from his attic they decide to go in search of the legendary pirate one-eyed Willies treasure!

However, the treasure map takes them to an abandoned restaurant where the prison escapee ...
