Good Points: Excellent villa - clean and with everything we needed. Excellent views. Very quiet and the most relaxing holiday ever. The people were great and very friendly. Polis and Latchi are quiet but not too quiet - there is more than enough to do but you may have to look for it. Recommend Faros resturant in Latchi "Ta very much" and Mr Muostachi's in Polis. If you you want real quiet and peace - drive out to Pomos and the relax beach in the harbour.

Bad Points: The pool wasn't very clean and when we asked the lady was unhelpful (but somehow very polite at the same time). It was hard to get hold of her despite several contact numbers. We went at the end of the season and could have done with the pool heating on but again she was less than helpful.

General comments: This was our second visit to this area of Cyprus and we loved it - we'll be back next year. If you want a simple, quiet and relaxing holiday you can't beat it. Once you've done relaxing there is plenty to do afterwards - great local food and drink. I wouldn't reccomend this to those who want wild parties into wee hours (go to Paphos) but definitely for families and couples.

Generally, Zaherna Villas a nice place if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday. The beach isnt really suitable for kids as it is shingle, but the sea is incredibly clear and warm! Great for snorkelling.
The locals are quite charming and simply adore children, and there are a number of decent restaraunts nearby.
