I purchased my SAAB Areo convertible from new in 2007. It's a superb car that turns heads all the time. Great drive. Its image is way better than BMW or Audi!! Google "BMW drivers" before buying a BMW.

I purchased my Saab 9-3 convertible last April (08) nothing but regrets, the cars noisy, equipment is poorly built and basically rattles, furthermore when having it washed you see water coming in (not loads but you see it running down the front side two windows) not to mention wind noise, not happy at all and am selling this pretty soon and go back to the Germans, my mate has the Audi A4 convertible and its a dream compared to the Saab, I previously had the BMW 325ci sport, problem free and such ...

I contemplated the Audi 2.5 tdi and the BMW 330ci. Audi to slow, Bimmer too expensive. So the best compromise is the Saab 9-3 aero 210, and I have no regrets so far.

I get a new convertible about every 4 months and this Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible is the second one I have had and I've never been disappointed with mine! I must admit that the satellite navigation screen is simply put there so we can look the part, as it really doesn't help! My postcode searches 60% of the time doesn't work! But who cares? It looks good and the car is fast but doesn't put a hole in my pocket because it returns an average fuel economy, unlike my old Mercedes SLK, which really put ...

I disagree with Austin re the phone - I get good reception and I suppose its down to your phone service supplier. The sat nav has basic post code search so you can search, say WC2 and then find your street from a list - It is a bit cumbersome having to turn the knobs, a nice touch screen would have been good but it does cover Western Europe.

Good boot space - even with the top down I can get a full set of golf clubs in but not the trolley. The hood remote opening is great (I looked at the A4 ...

I have had my Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible 2.0T Auto 210 bhp 2005 Sports Car for three month and it has been great fun. A real peformance car with good looks and good road manners that turns heads. Beware of the sat nav which is a heap of junk. It has no postcode search and for business users it is hopeless as there are no business parks listed. The integral phone is hopeless too. The sound quality is appalling when the car is moving. This option cost £1600. Forget it!

Wow! This Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible 2.0T Auto 210 bhp 2005 sports car really puts a smile on your face every time you get in it. Forget the miserable Mercedes, boring BMWs and dowdy boxy Audis, the Saab is superior in every way, more fun and is a great drivers car. The interior is vast compared to the competition and the seats are worth buying the car for alone. Take a test drive and see for yourself.

Just taken delivery of 2005 model Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible 2.0T Auto 210 bhp 2005 sports car to replace a much loved (but impractical for high mileage) S2000 Honda.
This is the second Saab I have had, previously had a 97 model 900 Conv 2.0T, which was a great cruising car but show it a corner and it went all wobbly, and so did I very often!.
The new car is a quantum leap forward in build quality which I think matches or exceeds Audi/BMW (no contest with Mercs, which are total rubbish and the ...
