The best perfectly cooked Medium-rare Steak I have ever had. Perfectly grill charred and melt in the mouth texture. You know when you eat something so good that it brings a smile to your face? That's how good it was! Originally had this whilst on Holiday. But for my birthday we travelled from South Wales and back. A) to see wonderful Newquay - But to also have that meal again. HAd found this restaurant on the internet and thought we would give it a g whilst on holiday in New Quay for my birthday. My dad is in a wheelchair and they were very accomodating in getting him inside and comfortable. As it was out of season we were the only people in their but I think even if it had been busy we would still have received the high level of service. All of our meals were fabulous and I cannot recommend their garlic sauce which goes on the fish enough!!! Would definately return… Read Full Review

Penrhiwllan Inn - The Restaurant: This is quite simply the best restaurant in Wales, it has fantastic food which is complemented by the presentation.
The service is amazing, they always smile, it is a pleasure to be waited on by people who seem to genuinely care, and they want you to enjoy yourself.
Benefits from having the best wine list in Wales.

The meals we had at Penrhiwllan Inn- The Restaurant included sauteed king prawns in lemon and coriander and smoked duck and orange salad. Both wonderful flavours. The main course was the finest filet steak I have ever had with my wife enjoying filet of sea bass. Superb. Later in the same week we tried venison blanquette and wild salmon in a 'Teifi' sauce, quite breathtaking.
