    Good Points: Good advice


    Bad Points: Sarah's constant negativity


    General comments: Propery ladder is excellent and to see the finished product is always a pleasure. The only downside is Sarah's always got to be right and comments every week on the fact that the house price would of risen even if the owners of the property hadn't done anything,that maybe so, but not as much.She is very dramatic, saying they will loose everything, when in the end it always turns out to the good.

    But she is always spot on when it comes to layout and patio doors etc, and the owners of the property should listen more to her suggestions, they may even get more profit in the end.

    Excellent show, but I am sick of the repeats, so can we have some new episodes?
