    Good Points: Makes me smile and feel all good inside
    The breathtaking Yorkshire scenes
    The likeable characters
    Portrayal of life in a charming little English village
    Last but not least, the brilliant story lines and fabulous music that blends right in with the stories


    Bad Points: Can't find the re-runs on TV right now
    Can't find the series to purchase


    General comments: Heartbeat is the best TV series I've seen since being here in England for almost 4 1/2 years. I had started watching the re-runs of it, from the beginning, and all of a sudden they took them off TV, and I'm left hanging, dying to see more, more, more!!! Heartbeat is a good clean show, and it is so entertaining, and there is always a good story!!!

    I had become attached to the original characters and now I miss them. I wonder why they don't show more Heartbeat re-runs? I surely wish they would. Seems to be an abundance of Last of The Summer Wine, All Creatures Great and Small (which I enjoy also) and others, but to me, Heartbeat is far superior; just my kind of show.

    There is humor, a little romance, drama and just plain old likeable characters that you look forward to seeing again and getting to know better. And on top of that, I absolutely love the gorgeous Yorkshire scenes!!! Oh, and the 60's music just tops it all off perfectly!

    I watch the new Heartbeat shows, but since seeing some of the original ones, I much prefer them. However, I will continue watching this amazing TV show whenever and wherever I can catch it; old and new. I wish I could buy the whole series from the start, but I have never seen it for sale.

    Heartbeat is great entertainment and is acted really well, believable storylines which you can't help to get into.

    My suggestion for Heartbeat is bring Nick Berry back as the new Sergeant,he could have finished in Canada and come back to Aidensfield as the new Sergeant.

    He is still the best policeman they have had in that role, I love Phil, he really needs to settle down and him and Gina should restart their romance, they would be good for each other.
