    Rude Customer service team - stealing money - monkey business
    don't ever give book by them or give them your credit card details
    I booked by them then I cancelled my booking they charged my credit cards three times they said by mistake and , one month now after my cancellation no money refunded .
    and if you call them nobody listen or care and they have very rude stuff .

    simply dogy company
    I made a booking by this company and they charged me for the ticket then I cancelled my booking they charged me for cancellation 125 pounds and then instead of refund after 23 days they charged me again , when I called them to inquir about this they said it was done by mistake and the money in my account now after checking nothing was in my account I called again talked to one of the stuff she promised me to give me a call in the same day ,nobody called me then I called agai ...

    I booked a rental car from Vienna airport through opodo.de in late September 2009. When I returned the car to the company that actually provided it (Europcar), the staff found a small scratch (recorded as less than 1 cm) and told me that I would hear from Europcar if there was a charge for this.     Booked an online flight with www.opodo.co.uk, checking carefully that I could change the return leg if I needed to. Fares rules stated that I could for $50.00. So when I wanted to change flight called them but found their offices shut as not 24 hour. Not very helpful when you around the otherside of the world. Next I found the numbers supplied on my literature for calling them from outside the UK were unobtainable, also not very helpful, found another number after having to look on the web. Wait ...

    A week after booking 4 tickets from london to rio my family turned up at the airport to find the carrier (tam) had not received the money from apodo. Flights got cancelled despite getting a boarding pass and checking our luggage.

    5 months on, Tam and Opodo are still arguing who's fault it was. No compensation, expenses or apology received.

    Worst customer service i have ever experinced.

    As a regular business travel I am discusted with opodo. I booked a flight to the states. They held the money back until the last minute, did not pay klm in time for my 1st class flight. The LIED over the telephone and said they had sent me an email. They sent an email 5 minutes after I spoke with them 3 hours after my flight left. Their phone lines are bot open until 9 am my flight was at 6 am.

    I booked a flight to Mexico with Opodo and it was quite a random location so I had to get 3 connections each way. I got emailed whilst out there and told that I would have to stay overnight in Miami as one of my flights had changed so I'd miss my connection. I got to Miami and no one was waiting for me as promised (bear in mind I am a young woman on my own and it was 2am- not good).     I booked three hotel rooms in France on 13 July. Despite being told that my credit card would not be charged until arrival at the hotel more than £870 was taken from my credit card immediately. One week later I received a telephone call to say that only 2 rooms were available in the hotel but "that was alright" as my credit card had not been charged.     Please check the rates directly with hotel website before you book with Opodo. It is not unusual for OPODO to charge more than teh hotel themselves. It is a total rip off and the customer service is unimpressive. I totally will not be booking through OPODO again.

    Booked hotel to stay in las vegas this august paid for all taxs and additional charges which I was told was included in my booking fee.
    Once I reached the hotel the staff told me there was a mandatory resort fee charge which I would have to pay an additional $134. No where on my booking email receipt was this mentioned or shown too me. I was completely shocked.     This must be the worst travel company ever.i had to cancel my hotel and had to pay 25 dollars plus 25 pounds plus the cost of the appalling telephone service. The line didn't work for 4 calls and then it took over 20 minutes to get through. They should have an on-line cancellation system but obviously this does not make them any money. DO NOT USE OPODO

    Horrible service from Opodo and "invisible" extra charges. Premium call rates charged to UK customers who contact customer service for changes/cancellations. Cancellation fee £25 not advertised or disclosed on purchase of air fares. Avoid booking through them if at all possible. Better to go to the individual airline directly.

    Booking with opodo.co.uk - worst support I have seen before and other problems

    On this spring I've booked two hotels in Egypt with opodo.co.uk. I have mixed fillings about this booking system.

    First of all I want to mention that they have disgusting customer support. For any enquires that were sent using their web site, they have provided answers more than one week later or haven't provided it at all.     I have to cancel the flight to bangkok through opodo. The cancel fee was 125 GBP or it will cost 100GBP + diff flight cost to change the flight. To change the flight was come to total 600 GBP while they are advert price for the new flight as 400 GBP.It is their policy to try to get people to cancel flight instead of change the flight. They get more fee that way!

    I booked a car with opodo for my trip but then had to cancel it. I had to phone 4 times - agents would put me on hold and sometimes the call was cut off - and spent 40 minutes on the phone, getting charged for the call as well as the cancellation charge.

    I have booked a holiday to Tallinn with Opodo. The airline has cancelled our flight home and offered two unsuitable alternatives. We have been offered a full refund. I have found an alternative flight with Easyjet flying on different days. It has taken Opodo 2 days so far to change my hotel booking to reflect the new flight dates.     I booked 3 flights through Opodo. When arriving at the airport the airline told me that no booking had ever been recieved so I was forced to pay for the flights again directly through the airline as I couldn't get through to Opodo on their helpline number.
