Good Points: Bright offices. Helpful, friendly staff, who helped me choose a nice short break.

Bad Points: None I can think of.

General comments: I booked a short break to Copenhagen about 5 years ago. It cost approximately £300 - £400 for 2 people. The hotel was not far from transport to get around, and also near The Little Mermaid. The hotel was very comfortable and modern, and although flights back to London were delayed, this couldn't be helped. It was exactly what I wanted in a short break, and it was easy to book with Lunn Poly, but I don't think they trade as Lunn Poly anymore, unless I am mistaken.

I had walked into my local Lunn Poly agency and was warmly greeted, my family and I had no idea where we wanted to go. After many hours, cups of FREE coffee, and holiday choices offered we decided upon Turkey. What a fantastic holiday and extremely reasonable, thankyou Lunn Poly for a truly wonderful holiday.

We booked a last minute deal with Lunn Poly for a week's holiday to the Costa Dorada A.O.A. and believe me, it wasn't cheap. What did we get, a rotten sixties style , 2 star hotel, if it was that, self catering, tiny pool overlooking a main road , with traffic noise from the road at the front to the railway line at the back. No air con. For what we paid I would have expected MUCH more. I could have had a fortnight at that price A total RIP OFF. They just don't care once they've got your money. ...

I booked a holiday to Dominican Republic with Lunn Poly costing over £3000 on price match. We paid a deposit over phone. Later discovered, that despite my request were offered by another tour operator. My wife, myself and my teenage son and daughter had been stuck in one twin room. They are refusing to cancel or offer an alternative. As you can imagine, this "holiday of a lifetime" is spoiled already and I can't even be bothered going. To be honest I am disgusted with their attitude. I wou ...
