MY GIRLFRIEND AND I BOOK A CRUISE ON ROYAL CARRIBBEAN VIA TRAVELOSITY BEFORE WE WERE TO SAIL THE SAME CRIUSE WAS ALMOST 500.00 CHEEPER THAN WHAT WE PAID. Worst experience of my life!!!! I booked a trip through travelocity for a vacation to Montego Bay jamaica for August 2nd through August 9th. “Bad experience with travelocity.com”

My boyfriend booked a vacation package in October ,he paid 2.700 dollars for hotel+flight. In two weeks he realize that had a credit in his bank 1,300 dollars. We contact with Travelocity and the agent said that the trip was canceled,without our knolege(they did not e-mail or phone us).We ask the supervisor,she said that they cancel only the hotel reservation,flight is OK. “they change prices and flight times in the middle of...”

they change prices and flight times in the middle of trying to book. keep having to go back to start to get new higher price or new flight time. they do NOT do price guarantee as they say. I booked a flight finally after getting knocked around with price and times and then within 12 hours by the next morning, the prices were all much lower and the initial days and times I wanted were now available. they say they will guarantee the price if within 4 hours drops or is lower on another site. “No cancellation policy, overcharged, + wrong currency”

Worst customer service experience to date. Booked through Travelocity partner, WCT Travel. They misquoted me, were not transparent, never mentioned no refund policy, overcharged for room, and used the incorrect currency. Tried multiple times to correct this without resolve. Spoke to 2 managers, Travelocity, Marriott (numerous times) and got the run around. WTC, Travelocity and Marriott have no concept of customer experience, ethics, integrity or business in general. I wish I could give them zero rating or even less. I travel all the time and I have never been so miss informed by an agency and getting the run around by anyone. My flight was changed by 3hrs and was never told by them and also was never told that have to pay extra $25 for carry on by airline due to new changes four days prior to my resevation. Recently just went to the USA for my daughter's 18th birthday...booked hotel with Travelocity....major mistake!!! They took my money for a hotel reservation they knew they could not confirm as the hotel was full, and when we turned up hotel had no record of booking and said it happened all the time with Travelocity customers. “Where hotel was”

I think you should be informed of where hotel is we stayed in a hotel in Columbus Ohio the hotel had aunts and was in poor section of town I ask to be close or in pickerington Ohio it was 10 to 15 mins away we stayed in our room when not at softball tourney because of the location .i think they should know what part of town is good or bad . “Don't use Travelocity”

I attempted to book my vacation four times on-line and the website had technical difficulties each time but put a hold on my bank account four times. Called customer service at least 30 times and no one spoke English and no one was willing to help get the hold off of my account. I'm with you! Horrible company! Horrible people to deal with (if you can understand them). I had a mix up in which airport I was going to in Toronto - asked them to help me change it - NO WAY - NO REFUNDS! And their price was exactly the same as at the front desk. There's a few hours of my life and $251 I'll never get back. Hope everyone at Travelocity gets treated the way they treated me!

“Booking travel”

Attempted to book family trip. Attempted to book trip online and by calling Travelocity. They were unable to book Trip as advertised but charged my credit card x3, therefore locking up my card. Booked London hotel via travelocity noting ther promise to refund difference if same deal found cheaper within 24hrs . Discovered booking hotel direct cost same and next morning Travelocity advertising same hotel cheaper rate. Still within 24hr period contacted Travelocity for refund. Totaly same as above. Sister company of last minute.com who weve used in the past without problems.
Travelocity are the worst booking agent ive ever dealt with in over 20 years of long and short haul travel.
Would not use or recomend either of these companies again.
AVOID using at all costs! because your the one who'll be paying for it!

we had to cancel a ticket and rebook a few months later, after HOURS over 2 days on the phone we FINALLY got a new flight, i kept getting cutt of and had to keep calling back, no one would give me a call back number so i had to wait for 15 minutes on hold and explain the situation to another new person. “False advertising on their rates!!!”

I will never book with Travelocity or Lastminute again!! I purchased a flight in haste as they advertised that there was only one seat left, but 3 days later it still indicated there was one seat left, and the price actually dropped significantly! Don't ever believe them when they say there's one seat left, they're just trying to rush you into purchasing!! I will never book through a second hand " Bulk" ticketing site again thanks to "TRAVELOCITY". As we were booking our trip the price went up $75 within 15 minutes. After booking we found it to be $245 cheaper through the resort we were staying at for both the flight and hotel and would have had a better airline.
