Holby City is the best medical drama around. Connie is a feisy character. certain characters like mark and daisha are pointless

No good points really....I think Holby City is rubbish. I wouldn't recommend it as it is dull and boring and never has any decent storylines. Casualty is a lot better. A waste of a television slot in my opinion.

Some clangers: Tom Chambers shaved his head, but they waited for a five-o-clock shadow before filming. Maria was adopted at the age of three in the website; three months in the dialogue. Maria's first e-mail and her reply imply she has met Aaron, subsequent episodes act as if they only know each other by e-mail; she doesn't recognise him in person.

Holby City is a good drama series, we're always hanging on for the next episode, even if it's "No, silly girl, can't they get her out of this mess?". Medical practice looks authentic. Plenty of medical emergencies squeezed in between the love life.
