When i first entered the Office Angels office i thought that this agency would be a great agency to register with, it looked professional busy with vacancies in the window.
The consultant that took my cv told me to forward my CV by email also and then i would be able to register fully, she also gave me her card for a contact at the office.
After sending my CV by email I waited a week and heard nothing so i called the agency bk and spoke to the consultant that had taken my cv.
She couldn't even remember me, when i told her i had sent the CV she finally found it.
The agency found me work but not matching what i was looking for, they paid me incorrectly by not putting my travel wings bonus in even though i signed a contract for it.
I asked them why and they said maybe someone forgot to tick the box in the office?

Another position came up and the agency wanted to put me forward for it but they had lost my cv, this happened several times and i had to keep forwarding it.
In the end i left a position that they had sent me to as they told me it was admin, it wasn't, it was working in a call centre, once again they haven't paid me correctly. I spoke to them with respect as i appreciated their help in finding a job but they were rude, did not know what they were talking about and showed lack of knowledge in their profession.
I would not reccomend Office Angels to anyone, when i tried to leave the agency they started an argument and now i'm owed money, i can't get hold of them by phone or email so i have had to takethis tothe tax office and they have advised me to call the advice bureau.

I went into the office angels in watford after graduating from uni. When i went in to register everyone seemed really friendly and took the time to interview me. They found me a temp role within a couple of days, and whenever i had a query they were always really helpful and really go the extra mile with competitions and stuff too. I found office angels very helpfull.I was greeted nicely by a young lady & offered a drink straight away with lots of sweets to eat in a bowl on the table.I filled out my paperwork and had an informal chat and felt very relaxed.I felt what i had to say was being listened to.I had a phonecall the next day and an interview was arranged for the following working day.In my experience I had no problems with them at all and found them to be very helpfull.

I was really dissapointed with Office Angels. The staff seemed patronizing and did not really listen to me. They promised me a job then said it was not available afer all, and then suggested telesales when I had specified I was looking for admin. Would not use them again.

Office Angels is the fast food of the recruitment world! I registered with five agencies when I moved to London, and found OA to be the most misleading and unorganized of them all. Case in point... the office I registered with had me travel by train (55 minute ride) to another OA office for a "re-interview" for a client registered to that branch. When I got there... they had no idea plans had been made for me to visit - in fact, the job I was due to "pre-interview" for was already filled! Called ...

I did eight searches for any type of job to personal assistant jobs in scotland and nothing came up. This site was not resourceful for me at all. After I did a broad spectrum of search still 'No jobs found' appeared on my search.

I found that no help was given at all on website to do an advanced search for jobs.
No other searches became available. It was a complete waste of time for me.

Office Angels - After returning to the uk from travelling i was at a loss as to where i would look for work, i spend weeks and weeks trawling round York looking for an office/admin position. I registered with Office Angels who assured me that it would not be long till they could get me a temp position. They helped me highlight the positive things on my CV that would catch potential employees eyes as my experience was wide and varied and they sent me text messages every time they got a new job ...

I registered with Office Angels about 4 months ago and they have been very helpful, I have been in contact with all the consultants and I have been impressed with the service. I also attended a night out with the staff in which a lot of my other colleagues came along and everyone enjoyed it, the office angels girls (and boys) were really funny. I have had a good experience. Thanks for getting me a job I enjoy.

This is a review of my particular experience during the registration process.I went to an Office Angels branch after being contacted by one of their recruiters. She said she had a job perfectly in line with what I was looking for, but would not tell me anything other than it was local before I went into their offices to register. I have no admin background at all, so I went in totally blind and on the lowest wage. I was placed in two excellent places, which suited me down to the ground. My contact regularly calls me to check if I'm staying with my assignment another week and to let me know that there's tons of work when I finish my assignment, so to let them know. I have just read everyone elses comments on this website and I'm afraid I agree. I have just phoned up Office Angels again the Gloucester branch and ask about possible jobs. I was asked to send my C.V in yet again. To which I am not going to. They seem to have forgotten that I have even looking for new work the past 3 months. I am fed up with Office Angels and I simply will not send another C.V as its not worth it in my opinion. Go to another another job agencey this one is not my favourite.

I signed up with Office Angels because I was told they were good, that is the last piece of advice I'm ever taking from anyone ever again, how wrong could they be you ask? Well I worked for them 6 weeks ago for a day temping and I'm still waiting to get paid, they even managed to pay the money into another bank account not mine and I'm still waiting for the money its been weeks and weeks now. I have been working in Administration for almost 5 years, and was really fed up at work, I earn £14500 per year and thought that I could get a better paying job, with more responsibility. I registered with Office Angels and found them to be unhelpful and condersending in my opinion. They took ages to find me anything, and when they did it was completely un-related to what I was looking for. They try to act all trendy and professional but they are far from either.

I feel I have had a bad experience with Office Angels.co.uk. I have my CV with them from last 5 months and the most funny part is every time I call them they greet me as if I am a King but unfortunately don't even remember that I am in their List of Candidate looking out for a job..

There database is poor in my opinion.. As far as I am am concerned I tried to contact them a lot, but as far as I am aware not yet got a reply therefore I no longer expect them to return a call, this is really frust ...

I had the misfortune of working for one of their South East offices. All was 'nicey nicey' when I signed up, then it went down hill. It took them two weeks to offer me a job, then the job they offered me was low paid, manual labour, miles from where I lived, which totally didn't fit with my skills/qualifications/requirements, so I rejected it. Luckily, they've found me a few reasonably paid jobs (after much pushing), where the people I've worked with have been great. That's all i've got to thank ...

Receptionist was friendly although the 'consultants' were quite rude, didin't have time for them...

With that said though, temps consultant was slightly more helpful than the Perms consultant.

Sorry, certainly wouln't recommend Office Angels...

I registered online, got no reply so I went to their office- no reply. They said I would be contacted in 2-3 days time for an interview - that happened 3 months ago.

I used to work for another company who were not very helpful as I never got paid on time and was send to the strangest of jobs.....
Then I registered with Office Angels who took time out to get to know me and listen to what I was looking for.
After a few weeks they found me the greatest job in the world and now I have a fantastic career ahead of me.
I would just like to say a big thank you to the girls at Office Angels in Bromley !

I am not impressed with Office Angels at all. I am talking particularly about the Maidstone branch. I am temping for them at the moment and I get £6.50 an hour, which is a poor really for the amount of work I do, but I know thats not Office Angels fault how much I get paid, down to the client, but its really frustrating when Office Angels get £4 an hour for me being there.
